Absolutely wonderful experience. My sister in law and myself got Pedicure it was great ... They were wonderful massaging our feet, and legs. Did a great job on the pedicure.

The service was absolutely amazing. They handled everything with care and precision. There was an unwieldy customer that kicked over one of the nail lamps and was being rude and they handled the situation perfectly. My mani pedi and acrylics was top of the line for a reasonable price. They got us in there earlier than our appointment and their English is Amazing.

Worst experience ever for a " professional" nail salon. Nails suck. All i heard while there was about the " vaccine" why couldnt they paint the edge? Big toe looks like its crooked. Didnt paint the edges or a topcoat.

I love getting my nails and all done here! They are always kind and accommodating. I make sure to call to make an appointment; this makes it easier for them and me. I always get something different when I go, and they never get frustrated with me for it! I have seen almost everyone in the shop, and I’ve never been disappointed with the outcome. They know my name when I arrive and vice versa. I’m a regular customer. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or unwanted! They are always welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been going to Sue for a while. She always sticks to her appointments and gets everyone in and out when she can. That’s always been my experience. But the guy, I think his name is Tony, is absolutely horrible. He has the worst attitude that I have ever encountered. He answers the phone with an attitude and hangs up on people all of the time. He’s just a genuinely mean and disrespectful person. For some reason, he is now the one that everyone has to go through to make and book appointments. He is also the one that you have to talk to as soon as you walk through the door. There’s no way around him. Even if you call and ask to speak with Sue, he will pop an attitude with you and hang up. I’m not sure what has happened to this place, but the customer service has decreased drastically thanks to “Tony”. I would not recommend spending money here. Also, this was 3 months ago since I have been there. I posted this same comment on their FB page. Since then I have had multiple people share similar experiences. Just today a friend of mine was treated horribly by Tony basically because she didn’t pick her nail color in 2 seconds.

Everyone there is very professional and very welcoming, they have some very talented people working there. They always make sure I am comfortable (offering a water) and are so kind. I highly recommend them if you want beautiful/ creative manicures and pedicures!!

I had a 530 appt and even though they were busy, they remembered what services I wanted. The pedicure was great and my nails are just the way I asked. The owners stay open later to accommodate their customers. I did not feel rushed. I drive a truck and it’s hard to find good customer service out here, so do yourself a favor, and stop in and support these good people
