Never again! I hate to say something like this about a business but I simply won’t go back. While the staff was kind and respectful the nail service was not worth it. I am from around the area and moved away so I have previous experience here. I came back for my wedding nails. The nails at first were beautiful! I loved them. However within days you can tell they started lifting. It’s now been a week and I cannot even explain how bad they look. I’m so disappointed as I had such high hopes.
They don’t have to worry about me anymore. I think the guy name was Wayne. He was aggravated and short after I changed my mind about my color. I told him something was wrong but I couldn’t figure out what with my pedicure. The owner was working on someone next to us she looked over and didn’t say a word. I had been watching a movie on my phone so I didn’t pay much attention. I called the next day and left a message and the owner didn’t bother to call me back. I showed up after work. You would think by now the owner would be apologizing or something but Not!! Then she had someone else to fix my issues. You should see my nails. I spent $93.00 the first day and nothing to fix my issue. I had really enjoyed going until then. They were recommended by someone at work. I am not your usual complainer but if I pay for a service at least treat a person with respect.
Everyone was friendly... Except the guy doing my pedicure. He stopped in the middle of doing my feet to go lean on and flirt with girls at a manicure table. He I wasn't offended that he didn't really say much, but when he was done he didn't say anything and just got up and started on a manicure table. I wanted to pay, but he just he never ce back. I waited a good 15 minutes just to pay and when a lady was nice enough to ask if I needed help I told her I just wanted to pay. She yelled for the guy to come check me out but he couldn't be bothered so she did and apologized. Everyone was very nice except for him. He didn't really do a good job either. ????????
My friend and I are from out of town and we wanted to treat ourselves to a pedicure. We are so glad we came to Enchanted Nails because everyone was real friendly. It was packed when we came in and had to wait about 45 minutes but it didn't bother us a bit because it was wonderful just relaxing and chatting with each other and felt like the employees wanted to be there and they had us laughing. Excellent. We definitely want to come back!
Always on time with keeping their appointments. I love the service I get while I'm there the staff is courteous and polite.
Let me start by saying bright colors aren’t my thing and i was nervous. i’m a soft color tone kind of person. this is my first time experience at this business, it is very welcoming and clean. i made an appointment and got seated within the 2 minutes of coming in and picking my color. i brought in a picture of what i was kind of wanting, sunflower design. now my nails are small so i decided on this little design instead of something thick so to speak. i was very happy with the outcome. I believe the artists name was Wayne maybe. he was very kind and gentle, never hurt me once! i HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!
Mimi does such an amazing job. The shaping is perfect and quality is well worth the money! They also accommodate my son and his car seat without hesitation.
My 1st time visiting and I will definitely come back. "Vee" was friendly and did a good job on my pedicure, which I appreciated. ????????????
