If I could give this place O stars I absolutely would. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and it was for 11am. When I arrived the one beautician that was present was not ready. I was there to get a roller wrap. My hair was not washed until 12pm. Not sure why I created an appointment if I was going to have to wait an hour. From the looks of what happened next they over booked the only beautician working. I was under the dryer for an hour before I lifted the dryer. I knew my hair was dry so I got from under the dryer. The gentleman who sits at the front desk then directed me to a chair where he removed rollers from my hair. Once he finished the only Beautician came over while leaving a young lady who was getting her hair wash waiting. Then she asked if I wanted my hair flat ironed. I said yes just a little. She then begins blowing drying my hair. I asked are you attempting to straighten my hair she says yes and told me it’s what I asked for. At no time did I ask for my hair straight. She insisted that I said it and proceeded to argue with me. The man from the desk comes over and says it’s free and that I needed to leave. This was after 2 hour and 20 minutes of being in the salon. I will never patron this business again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Horrible customer service, does not value customers time and extremely short staffed with only one beautician.

I wish I could take Eliz with me when I leave MD from vacation. I enjoyed her washing and treating my hair. She is great with my kinky hair. I didn’t have any pain from my blowout or flat iron. Great service from her husband too.

Best Dominican salon I've ever visited. Eliz loves on your hair and takes her time. Noone gets a better end result!

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I have recommended this salon to my friends and have even brought my family here. Eliz is fantastic and she works quickly and efficiently. She is the only hair stylist there. She works hard from the time the shop opens until they close. Both Eliz and her husband work hard to provide a friendly, clean, and sanitary environment. My hair always looks beautiful and feels healthy after my visit here. Like the comment stated, my style last over two weeks with minimal work. I have never had a bad experience at this salon. When my kid transitioned I struggled to find a place that would accept her and treat her as a person and not judge her based on what she identifies as. Eliz and her husband have been amazing and so nice to my daughter. They make her feel so comfortable. She and I both love the way her hair looks after Eliz has finished.

I know that not everything is for everyone so I get that some people don’t like the fact that there is only on stylist working. I have visited the shop when they were busy and not so busy. Eliz works at hard and quickly regardless of how many customers are waiting. If you are looking for a salon with multiple stylists and a turntable door, this is not the place for you.

Eliz is so talented! So glad I found her. If I could give 100 starts I would! Eliz and her husband treat you like family and she is so talented! Very happy with the service and pricing! She is wonderful with ethnic hair.

The hair stylist was really nice, it's a very clean salon and you don't need an appointment to be taken care of! Also the price was less than I would usually pay at other salons considering my hair type and length. Also the scalp massage during shampoo and conditioning was faaaaaaantastic!

I love this salon! Really good find! GREATEST BLOWOUT I've ever had! My style lasts the entire week and then some w/o much fuss & touch up. Super sleek. NO FRIZZ AT ALL!!!! Great price too! Saturdays tend to be backed up but she is well worth the wait! Her husband is hilarious & will keep you entertained in the downtime. He also helps with shampooing and does a great job! He massages/scratches your head w/ just the right amount of pressure... not too hard or too soft... JUST RIGHT!!! They are a really cute couple too! Love this salon!

*** UPDATE*** I still give this salon 5 stars during covid. Eliz continues to do exceptional work and still reasonably timely even it's just her doing everyone's hair! She and her husband are still great and she she still has reasonable charges! ????????
