I loved the gel polish. Looked great when I left. A week later went back as it was chipping. Said it was my nails. Fixed it but now chipping again. This has never happened to me before. They are not sealing the edge of my nails. Answer was “just keep filing”. Won’t be back. Very disappointed.

Got these incredible purple metallic nails at Elite Nails & Spathe other day! The most gorgeous color and the staff is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable - they gave me great tips about gel nail care. I am definitely coming back to this salon!

I decided to give them a try AND I am so glad I did. They've massage chairs, which I used throughout my session. They're attentive and friendly & I absolutely love how natural looking they are even though they are acrylic. Personally, I feel that it's better for my nails and shiny. I will definitely be coming back here!

I truly love this salon. She is the best. I have been coming here for about a year and I think that they are so great, affordable, clean, and quick. I love how they all sort of work as a team to serve everyone in a timely manner. Definitely check it out if you're in the area!

I had a pink fill done by Kim and she did an amazing job!! I have had Dawn do my nails in the past and she is also amazing. Highly recommend Elite Nails and Spa and either of these ladies who are truly artists :)

I give them all a few shots to give me the nails I want, and they never seem to get it just right, but nope no here. My nail tech has the high skilled in the nail design! It's been a little over three weeks now and my gel is intact. Will returning!

Was not impressed with this place. My pedicure regular polish is lumpy and half are on my cuticles, definitely not worth the cost, even that chipped within a day.

I came in to get a dip manicure and it’s one of the worst I had - my index finger chipped within hours and came off. Dip was applied far from cuticles so they look grown out. My nails are lumpy & thick.

The gel, activator and top coat bottles and base powder canister were absolutely disgusting. There were someone else’s nail clippings on the nail table. After sawing my natural nails so hard I swear they were going to rip off (with a used nail board with other people’s nail grind in them), I requested they be cut and an unsterilizated set of clippers out of a drawer were used. I had to tell him to even out the edges and try to make them smoother. Choosing a nail color was impossible with their ring, and I wonder if that thing was even sterilized.

At the least they had COVID divider precautions were in place. Absolutely not with the $95 with tip included.

I’ve had a handful of pedis around the island and enjoyed this one the most. Tinneil was professional and my pedicure turned out gorgeous. I will definitely be back to see her for another relaxing trip. On the other hand the Margie the receptionist was the rudest human I’ve met on the island. I am a younger client (26 years old) than most that walk through the Elite doors. However no excuse to the zero eye contact from Margie and the short blunt responses to my questions. An older women walked through the doors, shortly after I sat in the pedi chair, she asked the same question “Could I see the GEL colors please”, with a pleasant smile and prompt response, the guest had GEL colors in her hand shortly after asked. For the rest of my appt I acknowledged Margie on her phone texting/facebooking/what ever it was, completely checked out of her surroundings in the salon. Not impressed with Margie.

Tinneil is definitely the reason I will be returning ????
