Had a pleasant evening meal ! Very helpful and friendly food was excellent even gave us a complimentary drink at the end. Thanks to Jay for the customer service nothing was a problem. Totally recommend this restaurant best Indian in town ????
Ate here whilst in the area and the food was fantastic! Best Indian meal we have had in a long time. Staff friendly and helpful and definitely worth a try if in the area.
Waited 2 hours for delivery, had to call them 3 times. When it finally arrived everything was cold and soggy. No apology. No offer of refund or discount. Terrible service. Tried ringing them after food was delivered to complain about quality and no answer. Messaged them and still no response.
Service excellent, food very good at bank holiday, spicy and warm atmosphere, some portions were small but over all recommended. I would back again
Ordered food through Uber. Delivery eta 18.45-19.05, arrived 19.20. Food was in a mess in the bottom of the bag and swimming in grease. Had to microwave everything as everything was cold. My sauce for my Biriani was non existent and all I had was 5 pieces of boiled potato.
Tried calling Elachi but my call was “disconnected 5 times at least.
Husbands shami kebab was a plateful of onions and 2 patties no sign of any omelette.
Total waste of £42. Never again
Used Elachi regularly for 18 months always brilliant however tonight very poor. Starters came quick waited 30 mins for main course even though only people in their because they had concentrated on take seats. When come meal the chicken was dry and quite tough. Bombay aloo was cold. Did tell them but no apologies from owner or discount. May I say look after diners and regulars first. Terrible meal.
