I LOVE this place! I've been to several nail salons where the nails fall off a week later, they look chunky... but this salon is worth the money. Everyone is SO sweet and they take pride in their designs! I highly recommend:)
Went to the Diva Nails for a pedicure. I had a appointment. For my pedicure I requested the Milk and Honey pedicure. During the pedicure, the top of both feet, I experienced pain like multiple bee stings. My feet got red and swollen. I told the lady to stop because my feet were hurting. I was informed that by accident the callus remover by accident touched my skin. Then while after the incident I was told that I was receiving a pedicure procedure that I didn’t want and was more money. I said ok, and let pedicure go on. I was charged for the expensive procedure. I will not be going back.
Not sanitary. They didn't have me wash my hands prior to getting a dip powder manicure, and the brush she used was very clearly dirty with what appeared to be powder/foundation build up??
As for the nails, I wanted white, holographic glitter dip powder nails.. So why she decided to go in with a milky gray topcoat that completely covered the glitter? No idea. I ended up with gray nails that were 2 credit cards thick.. I had to go home and reshape/file off the gray and reseel them myself. I knew I should have just done them at home like usual, but I wanted to treat myself lol my mistake
Honestly I don't know where any of these bad reviews come from. I got my nails done for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! I stopped going to my regular nail salon because it was too far and they just didn't pay attention to details. I am very picky about my nails and it was very irritating! I saw Vee, I was just the walk-in and they took me right in and the greeted me right as I walked in! Vee has seated me and let me pick through so many colors! And I got started really quick! She was very sweet and actually asked me and my husbands name and introduced herself! I honestly never have had that at any salon! She was super sweet! She's very informative too! I'm definitely going to be booking my appointment with her! I got simple white sparkles. Beautifully done!
I made a appointment for 11am. At 12:15 they finally got to me. The gel nails are super messy. I could not take time to have them redo the issues as I had to go to work. I left at 1:45. After three hours and about fifty bucks I am super disappointed. Some are slanted and some are straight. One pinky is so thick that it's annoying and ugly. The edges are starting to come up.
Am really mad i always go here with my daugther and the ladies was very friendly but that change already am going there and this 2 last times they are so meand there no nice anymore they let people waiting long time to tell them we can do it when they have1 hour to close they make people wait for no reason and that is not nice i think that if they dont want to work or dont have pacient anymore why they dont just find another job
Great service!! They are quick and Lily always does a good job with my nails. Highly recommend.
Always feel welcomed and this is my only Nail salon i go to for all of my essential nail and eyebrow needs for more then 5 years and i have recommended many people witch loved the pedi and mani they have done ..some nail salons know people by name and some don't ..I appreciate the hard demanding work the ladies here do every day . Lily and Vee are awesome .
