I went to this nail salon for my wedding nails and I really had the worst experience. It’s been a bit more than a month so I don’t remember the name of the nail tech but I had reached out to them by insta and asked them if they had everything that could make the Hailey Bieber nails and they said yes. They didn’t. My nails were apres. They looked horrible. They were lumpy and short and just not classy at all for a bride. I cried in the car afterwards and some friends helped me pay for a whole new set of nails. I’ll show the before and after I got them fixed which ended up being exactly what I had wanted from this salon. The tech at the next salon I went to to fix the nails showed me every mistake the tech made. The tech literally left like 5 or 6 DEEP cuts on my fingertips which I had to deal with on my wedding day. It was a sloppy job with excess gel around the cuticles and basically everywhere else. It was terrible and the tech was unprofessional. The powder she used on me was called unicorn powder. That’s not the opi tin man can I asked for. Terrible experience. Honestly. I had to waste so much money and all this anxiety the day before my wedding was not appreciated.
I’ve been going to Damarys nails since before she had her own salon and was doing nails from her home. Damarys was the only one I trusted to do my nails, then she opened up her business and everything stood by her standards which I love. Well yesterday for the first time I brought my mom whom doesn’t do her nails. She was confused about what service is what, but they were extremely welcoming and accommodating to make sure my mom left happy, and she really did. She’s been going through some things and in the salon she said “I feel happy”. I want to thank everyone for NEVER disappointing! Damarys nails is the ONLY place I go to do my nails.
I have gotten my nails done twice here and I won’t be back. For starters, they overbook all their appointments so don’t expect to be serviced at the time of your appointment. Both times I’ve had to wait, and the second time I waited 45 minutes before I was serviced.
The salon layout is pretty, but not comfortable. The pedicure station is on a platform, with a a regular chair so it’s uncomfortable to stretch your leg out because you can’t adjust the chair. Also, because of the platform you have to be careful not to mess up your pedicure when stepping down. The manicure bar is not any better. I’m tall so my knees are pressed up against the wall under the counter the entire time. The second time I sat with my knees to the side to avoid this, but it was just as uncomfortable.
Lastly, I got a fairly simple design done and it was about 10pm when I finished (this is when I waited 45 minutes to be serviced). I wasn’t super happy about the design but I was tired so I didn’t look too much into it (my mistake). The next day I realized I didn’t like the design at all and wanted it to be removed (only on one nail on each hand). I contacted the salon asking for the chance to have it fixed, to which they agreed however they charged me because “whether you like the design or not, that’s out of our control.”
I’m giving 2 stars because the nail techs are friendly, but their customer service and customer satisfaction is abysmal.
I’ve been coming here around 2018, and they’ve been professional. But, I feel like every time I come to relax, I always hear life stories about the workers . Answering the phone while they do my nails or cursing. It would be nice, if it was less about them and more about they client in front of them. It is pricey, so the least they could do is be professional. Sometimes this is a get away from everyone else. Other than that I do like coming to get my nails done.
Always a great experience here. My nails always look great and they last! I love how quick the ladies are and the cleanliness of the salon.
This is a day after a manicure. Unfortunately, will not be back. This is the third time this happens, I brought it to the owners attention with no resolution rather “not our fault/problem”, poor business in my opinion, not to mentioned you are paying a pretty hefty amount for poor service. This place is run like a factory.

I had my nails done with Melissa, bless her patience, because its been a while. She helped find the perfect red and a very pretty neutral for my pedi that I would've never even thought of. Definitely will be back!
I didn't have to wait for my appointment. My nails were done quickly and efficiently. They look great and I am happy!
