I wanted to get my hair done and the owner was not welcoming at all. She had two clients at the time one was under the dryer. She walked over and we discussed what I wanted and she pretty much brushed me off as if she wasn't in doing my hair.
I sat there for 45 minutes and finally I walked out. Spend your money where you are welcomed.
Came in today to get a color, wash and blow dry and I absolutely LOVE my results! I have also been getting compliments all day. Charo and her staff left my hair smelling, feeling and looking so good ! Reasonable pricing, great customer service, they really focus on delivering quality work. I definitely will be coming back (: Mil gracias to Charo and her team.
