Wonderful place to get a pedicure. There were three of us and one message chair wasn’t working. They offered to switch chairs for my daughter. I was worried that they would rush through our pedicures to get us done at the same time, but they didn’t. We all had deluxe pedicures and they lasted nearly an hour each. The message and care taken during our visit made us feel pampered. Fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

Terrible basic manicure. The nail tech bopped between me and two other guests. I made an actual appointment so I was frustrated right away with this issue. Then the manicure began and it took about 9 minutes total. Filed my nail with one swipe and barely trimmed my cuticles. The service was the worst I’ve ever had. Will not be returning and will refer people to another place in the future.

Made an appointment and waited about 45 minutes to get started. Nails turned out average. I just don’t understand taking appointments if you don’t honor them.

I wanted acrylics for my sisters wedding. they didn’t prepare my nails before they put on the fake tips. and the tips kept falling off, and crystal would just glue on the same ones on over and over. the nails are not on my cuticle, and the nails look grown out. when she was getting ready to paint them, she mixed colors to get the color i liked. she mixed pink and white and showed me the finished product. i asked her to add more white and crystal said no that will look bad. she only put on ONE coat.

My favorite place to get same day pedicures, she does a fantastic job. The only place in town I've truly left feeling relaxed ♡

Crystal nails is the best place in Nebraska in my opinion to get a pedicure. I have certifiable dragon feet like they are so dry and scaly like a dinosaur especially in the winter and I have been to many other places to have my feet cleaned up per se but have never been as satisfied as I have been with Crystal nails.I really enjoy the time and attention they take to fulfilling my requests. I usually ask that they specifically pay attention to removing my calluses and smoothing out the deep fissures in my heels. The technician is always very gentle but works very hard to remove all of the tough dead skin. Another thing that I particularly enjoy about Crystal nails is that they offer paraffin dip which after scrubbing the feet tends to lock in the moisture and really make your skin smooth and baby soft. They also do a nice massage which can be done with or without hot stones. If you've ever heard of the baby foot chemical peel that is a nice thing to have, but it takes a week or two to get the kind of results you can get at Crystal nails in 45 minutes. Plus the experience is a lot more luxurious. I've been going to Crystal nails strictly for pedicures for 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else. I added before and after pictures for reference.
