LOVE going to CK nails to get my nails done. I' get acrylic nails done by them. My acrylics have never lifted or cracked. They're consistent, efficient and always do a quality job. Even if I'm running late, they never close their doors to leave early. I've been to a couple of other places in Grandview to get my nails done, and I always go back to CK Nails. 10/10 recommend.
I’ve been coming to CK Nails ever since I moved to Columbus back in 2014. I’ve never had a bad experience and love coming here. The staff are friendly and take great care to make sure you are happy. I recently got my nails done for my engagement photos and Anne and David NAILED IT!! I couldn’t be happier and I will never go anywhere else.
I went here for an acrylic fill today for the first time. I read the reviews previously and had seen the name Ann mentioned a couple times and how she had done a great job. When I got seated, I saw the lady’s name was Ann so I thought “great!”. Well not so much. She was on the phone texting in between every action while I sat there waiting on her. When she told me to wash my hands, I sat there for a second to look around for the sink (again I had never been here and it was not visible from where I sat) and rudely she said “yes, wash your hands”. She never asked me if I liked them, she didn’t speak to me at all other than to tell me what to do and ask what color. When she was finished she put an oil on my nails. I’ve never had that done so I sat for a second just to make sure she was done and that I didn’t need to wait for that to dry or anything. She said “yes done”. I said thank you and she never replied. I stood up, and pushed in my chair and thanked her again as I though she may not have heard me the first time however once again I got no reply. My nails are lumpy and bubbly. .
As a marathon runner, my feet need a lot of special attention, and everyone at CK delivers amazing service. I've been going there since 2016, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Occasionally, I'll get a gel manicure as well, and my nails always look perfect. Note: If you pay with cash, they give you a 5% discount.
Ann does a wonderful job❣️???? This CK Nails does take appointments if you have a group or are requesting a specific Technician. They are pretty well staffed and are very efficient.
I normally work 5-6 days a week and on my off day I decided to come in and get a full set. I asked for coffin shape and my nails turned out to be lumpy rectangles. I’m so disappointed that I paid almost $80 for subpar nails…the price does not reflect the work that was done at all.
Chee is great, always pleasant and files my nails in the specific shape I like. Paints my nail so it appears a bit longer. Great pedicure service that has helped my nails grow in properly.
This is by far the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Customer service is awful and their prices are insane for the quality you get. With so many other choices in the area, do yourself a favor and don’t choose CK.
