UNSANITARY BUSINESS PRACTICES with photos attached. Keep in mind I was asked by Nikki not to post these photos. Ladies, please save yourself from visiting this business. I have seen the way they handle their business behind closed doors and I feel an obligation to post a warning to other potential customers. I wish I took more photos but the ones I have are sufficient for the purposes of this review.
As I entered the establishment, it appears clean from the front lobby. As I was taken to the room for waxing, the room was not cleaned at all in between customers. A collection of dirty towels were sitting in the room, and the table was not prepared for a new service. I politely informed Nikki that the room was dirty, and gave her the opportunity to clean it. I should have left in that moment, but we began my wax service at that point. In between waxing, Nikki opened the door and left the room multiple times (I count 3) to tend to other customers while my legs were wide open and my service wasn’t completed. That’s fine, I didn’t make it a huge deal.
The last straw for me, was when Nikki brought a warm towel to wipe my legs and I noticed that the towel was NOT CLEAN. This warm towel was VISIBLY dirty, contained hairs of a previous client, and she had the audacity to apply this disgusting towel to my freshly waxed skin. It was an awful experience, and I truly hope that this was just a bad day and not how they truly operate their business behind closed doors.
I told Nikki that I wanted to speak to the manager simply to inform them of my experience and she aggressively said, “Well make sure you only complain about the environment and not about my service because I did a good job on you and you know that.” I honestly couldn’t believe she had the audacity to tell me how to complain about my service lol. As I was leaving she also asked me not to post the photos. I’d rather protect potential customers than to save the reputation of a trifling business.
After submitting this review I will also be contacting state board to inform them as well.
As a business that caters to delicate and sensitive areas of the human body, it is imperative that the proper sanitation procedures are enforced as there is the risk of cross contamination and spreading infection. Do not come here ladies. Find a reputable, clean, and thorough place to handle your wax and threading needs.
Heena was very nice on the phone and in person, she did my eyebrows perfectly, like never before. And she made me try eyelashes for the 1st TIME, I did love them for my shooting. Thank you for great customer service and service was amazing ????

I’m very pleased with the services they provide. Niki has always does a perfect thread shaping and brows tinting for a wedding was absolutely amazing. All of the ladies do great work at this salon.
Amazing experience! I got the diamond full facial and it was worth every penny. Nikki took her time and really did a great job. It was such a relaxing experience.
I always get my eyebrows threaded here and love them and this time I decided to try Brazilian and armpit waxing as well. Nikki was great and explained everything well, used a high quality wax and the price was fair. i will be back for more waxing services and may try the facial next time!
They are so nice! I always ask for Naz, she does the best job and is the only one I trust with my brows!

Naz has moved, and I now do my brows with Ms. Heena! She does an excellent job! I always go to her!
