Disappointed visit today .ordered poached eggs, crispy bacon on sourdough toast .eggs were hard , looked like bullets on the plate , asked waitress for softer eggs , plate returned to my table, soft eggs but bacon and toast were cold . Surely all the food should have been fresh and hot ????
Lovely little cafe with nice selection on brunch menu. Had eggs benedict with black pudding which was great. Nice selection of cakes and coffee was good. Highly recommended.

Excellent brunch and tasty coffee! I ordered the eggs hollandaise with a side of mushrooms and spinach, and my partner ordered the avocado on toast. The black Americano I ordered was fresh - rich and flavourful. Agree with all the reviews here. A great place for a meal or quick bite. The service too was very friendly with a smile. Oh and I forgot to mention the amazing carrot cake - just moist and perfect right through!
