I wanted to love this place it’s .3 miles from my house. 3 days after 3 nails fell off, not just the tip, the whole entire nail. I went in to get them fixed, asked if they could make sure the remaining nails were secure, but they ignored me. And even charged me for the repair so of course I tipped as well which wasn’t right. I had ask them to put cuticle oil on. The next day 3 more nails fell off. Disappointing
They did exactly what I asked for and can do a wide variety of styles by the looks of others nails. Vary happy. Thank you I love them!
Usually I never write reviews but I’ve never been so unhappy with my hair. I’m new to the area and saw this salon with a good rating so I called to see if they can just flat iron my hair straight the same day. They were available so I went last week Friday October 29th because I had a Halloween party the next day. My hair is curly/wavy and thick and I went in with my hair brushed out. The lady told me that my ends were dry which I knew so she said she would cut the ends and do layers so my hair wouldn’t feel so heavy. While she was straightening my hair I knew it wasn’t gonna be bone straight since she was straightening my hair in big sections. She also kept apologizing for dropping things and pulling on my mask. She finished a little bit before an hour and it didn’t look too bad from the front but when I saw the back I got worried because it looked uneven. I still tipped the lady $5 even though it wasn’t the best and felt like she was just rushing since she kept sighing and saying I have so much hair. The total in the front was $40 so I payed and left asap. My boyfriend was waiting for me in the car and I told him to take a picture of my hair and he even said one side is shorter than the other but it didn’t look like she cut much based on my hair on the floor. Once I got home in about 10 minutes my hair got poofy and seemed even shorter. I had to go out of my way to buy a straightener and other hair products to help straighten my hair again and attempt to cut it so it would be even. To me my hair felt damaged and thin at the ends but it didn’t look too bad after fixing it up while my hair was straight. Last night I washed my hair and I could just tell my hair is not the same. I ended up measuring where my hair used to be since I thought only one inch was cut off but my hair looked so short and turns out she cut 3 inches off. 3 inches is not just the ends. I haven’t had my hair this short in over a year since I was working on growing it out. My hair takes a long time to grow as well. Usually I braid my hair and I could barely do that now and I can’t even tie my hair in a low bun. Honestly I’m so sad and feel so ugly to the point where I cried last night and couldn’t even look at myself and don’t want my hair down at all. People I know also told me my hair is messed up and my family wanted me to get my money back. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend this place if you have hair like mine.
I've been coming here for a really long time. Like 2 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. I see Heydi and she does such a good job. They all do except for one time I got nails I really did not like by Angie. They were uneven and ugly. I came back and they fixed them for no charge. If you want some on fleek nails this is where to go! Its $35 for a full set with gell and $30 for a fill.
Loved the nail tech, They did am amazing Job and I'm going back today! These nails have lasted about 2 weeks. They could probably go 2 more weeks to be honest : ) 10/10 would recommend
Ladies and gentlemen...this is the best hair and nail salon in northern California!! I have been searching for three years in this area to find a salon for my wife, who works remotely and her time is limited. So often the other salons we patronized "intermittently" service the client and even leave you waiting and you can expect it to take up to three hours to get a pedicure and manicure. I was leaving Whole Foods on Arden Way when I saw "Blossom Hair & Nails" - so I stopped in. WOW! I counted 16 employees servicing the clientele, with some clients having more than one employee at any given time. Everyone was smiling ???? and relaxed. Just today, my wife was scheduled at noon for a pedicure and manicure and I dropped her off at 11:55 a.m. and picked her up at 1:10 p.m. with everything she wanted DONE! ????The prices are great. The staff are great. And the customers are all happy ????! If you love your wife or partner - take her here!!
I’ve been coming to Blossom for yearssss and I love the girls here (and guys). The service is amazing and friendly. I moved away and drive further just to keep coming back to my fav salon ❤️
I love the nail design! The only cons I had was my jewels fell off and a few nails broke after a day but may have been because I asked for them to be thinner. The pro was that they fixed it for me mot once but twice without charge.
