Best salon ever! Everyone is always so nice! I have been coming here for years because my hair always comes out perfect! I love putting fun colors in my hair. Stephy knows how to do it so it looks professional and not too crazy and too much. She works with my hair and what would look best on me. I completely trust her with my hair. The pics are 2 different ways I have had my hair colored in the past year.
I came here as a first time customer and I will definitely be going back here again because I came out so satisfied with their work!! I called to make an appointment and they were so kind and informational over the phone. They asked what kind of hair I have and what look I'm going for and assured me that they can do it, which they did! We talked about pricing and I really appreciated that they honored their Groupon prices at their salon, so I did not even have to buy the actual Groupon to get my discount. At the end of my checkout, there were no surprise fees since they already talked me through everything, so I paid the fee that I was already expecting.
When I went inside BloNgo for my appointment, I observed how nice and clean their building was. Everything seemed to sparkle and the lady at the front desk offered me a free beverage, so I gladly took a cup of coffee (it was made it a really cute tea cup). They made me fill out and sign some papers and a waiver basically saying that BloNgo cannot be held accountable for how your hair will turn out if you decide to go really light with your hair, such as going blonde or bleaching. Which makes sense and I believe that other salons should do this too since everyone's hair is different and can have various outcomes. I started right away at my appointment time, I did not wait long at all.
The employee that took care of me was Timothy and he was really amazing with my hair. I wanted a balayage and he spent three hours on my hair to do just that! He pays careful attention to details and handles your hair with care. He always asked me if I was comfortable and always informed me of what he was currently doing to my hair, which was interesting since I was also learning the process of how a balayage is done. My hairstyle also came with a hair trim, so not only is my hair colored lighter, but it also feels healthy at the same time. I have never gotten my hair done this way before and it's a really nice change, I really liked how he did everything and the end result was beautiful. I just want to thank him again for making my first time experience at BloNgo a wonderful one and because of him, I will be recommending this place to my friends and I will be sure to come back for any of my future hair appointments.
They are very friendly and professional. Very educated about natural hair! I loved the silk press service I received today from Queen Stephanie she took care of my hair and it came out beautiful! Call them now and set an appt.
I found this salon via Groupon! $85 dollars for full balayage is unheard of it is so low priced. The salon was cute, trendy, and clean. I went to Stephy, or Stephanie. She was quick and efficient with my balayage application and I couldn't be happier with the results. 10/10 would recommend this salon and especially Stephy!
My hair has been damaged from years of bleaching and dying, and this is the only place I will go to from now on to do any touch ups. The prices are low compared to the high quality service, and they put the health of my hair FIRST before they agree to do any drastic change.

I got braids with extension added & when I took them out my hair was tangled into a HUGE matted knot so bad it was closer to a dread lock than a knot. I was desperate for help and at the point of almost cutting my hair off. I got referred to Stephanie through a family member & she was able to get me in just 1 day after the call. SHE SAVED MY HAIR!!!! Within 2 hours she had gotten the entire knot out! She trimmed & styled my hair to perfection. I don't know what I would've done without her. 10/10 would recommend this salon! Do Not Buy Their Groupon!!! It’s a scam and a lie. I do not understand why they even have a Groupon if they’re going to charge u again after your service without disclosing it to you. I’ve never paid 400 for color and a hair cut. It’s ridiculous.
Same service at high end salon is 150.00 they charge you almost triple. I was in and out within 45 min and terrible service. They spilled some of the bleach on my clothing and it went through and burned me. The lady literally laughed, she thought I didn’t see her holding it in, in the mirror.
This place is awesome. My stylist Stephanie took great care of me and gave me the transformation I was looking for. She completely revived my hair and was patient. I'll be continuing my hair care with her. She truly cares about her clients,their hair goals , and keeps it real about your hair needs. I left glowing , there's nothing like that best hair day ever feeling. My hair got its soul back.❤️❤️❤️
