The store is well stocked with a variety of products and is one of the best local places for getting products for specific styles and types of hair. The parking lot needs some work, but the store is the best around for a variety of hair products.
Still using covid as an excuse for customers not being able to try on wigs and no return policy if wig doesn't work for you. I already lost money on wig that I won't wear once. I'll change review if they lift this outdated, poor excuse for not letting customers be sure they are satisfied, policy. We can touch EVERYTHING else in store. Not buying it.
I love the "Owners" they are so down to earth and always have what I need, and if not they will order it. Almost 20 years and never changed. Great customer service ???? ???? ????
This is the best we have in Loudoun County. They have good inventory all the time. Better than nothing and beats being forced to drive further away. If I don’t shop here I have to go further out. I been shopping here for 10 years. The employees are always very kind and helpful. The store is always stocked, neat and clean. The rewards program is awesome. I will continue to shop here.
This store had it all wish I had one in my town. Had to drive an hour but well worth it
