This was my first visit to this location. I went in with a written list of items my niece suggested for my lace front wig maintenance, not knowing what some of the products were and where they were located in the store. I found a couple, and after walking around the store, I then asked the man at the counter where something else was located. He was extremely pleasant and offered to get the item for me, so I asked about a couple of other items, which he also retrieved for me. He could have just pointed me in the direction, but he didn't, and that was a huge surprise. I will be visiting this store again for future needs.

The owner is very nice, but I've come here over 3-5 times and they have been closed with a hospital note on the door. I understand how difficult it can be to juggle your business/ family, but if your note is honest... perhaps it's time to get more help in your store? I'm sure you've lost a lot of business because of it.

I love how the owner makes you feel welcomed. Everyone is so helpful compared to the other beauty supply stories I have been to. This is the only non-black beauty supply store that I trust.

Had hair product I was searching for. Had tried 5 others to no avail.

I was in search for a good beauty supply, and I was having a hard time finding one! I am so happy that I found this store because they have such a huge selection of hair products, accessories, wigs, extensions, and much more! They are so up to date with their wigs especially as I was looking for one that was popular on Tik Tok and YouTube and surprisingly they had the whole collection!!!

John was also extremely nice and helpful!! They have a customer for life!!! I would recommend this beauty supply! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

This is the only other (non black owned) beauty supply store that I would go to. Been coming here since about 2006 and the service from the owners hasn’t changed! Respectful, funny, compassionate, humorous, down to earth, helpful, and understanding. It’s really big and has everything you may need, literally! Definitely one of my beauty supply recommendations.

I love this store been going here for years! Great customer service and I don’t feel like they are watching me as if I would steal like most of them do because of the area or color of my skin!

I called and asked for the price of some butterfly locs the women didn’t knew what I was talking about so a guy answered and he was rude. Told me to look on YouTube I asked earlier what time they closed & I was told at 9pm but when I got there at 8pm they were closed like really
