This place is great. The owner was so nice and she’s a true nail professional. She did pink and white refill on my nails and also was honest to say some of my nails were lifting and she redid those for me. She was very efficient with her time but still detailed and the shaping was great. I will definitely be back.
I called that night and they had a spot for me. I had a dip manicure and she applied it by BRUSH! I have never had that done before but it was the coolest thing to watch. My natural nails are thin and they peels. So fingers crossed the brush application of dip was thicker (she asked about thickness) and hopefully this will last longer. She also shaped them as I asked. Short and coffin.
Im not a highly social person but I never get good customer service in here besides whoever worked the front desk. The last nail tech i got cut me numerous times with the drill but at least he was polite about everything else. Im just overal not happy everytime I have to come here, I really used to enjoy it because of how advanced the styles would be and I never backed down on tipping the workers for taking the time (they used to) to make it look good. It just seemed constantly rushed and I’ve walked out on two different occasions from two different nail techs and my nails were different lengths. I clearly wasted too much money here.
I would not recommend it. They charge you so much for basic stuff. There are so many other options available in the area. It's not even been a week, and my nails are already croked. ????
The prices change depending on who does your nails. A man did my nails, nothing special just gel, and he changed the shape (I did not ask for it) The nails are different lengths and has bumps not smooth like they should.. charged $50. The woman who did them before $40 for the cats eye. Not worth going back to have different prices each time.
I sat for a long while waiting for my turn, and they let someone in ahead of me. It's like they forgot about me as I waited until I asked if I was going to be seen.
By the time they got to me, they were close to closing. The woman rushed my manicure, didn't get my nails even, skipped a needed additional layer of polish, and didn't give me enough time to let the paint dry. When I had to pull out my wallet to pay, my nails were ruined. I showed the lady, and she tried to smear the polish smooth with her fingertips... I paid and left with sticky/tacky ugly nails. Never again.

Great place to get your nails done etc. I went in with a picture she did them exactly how they were supposed to. They're kind and don't talk under their breath. They communicate with you and have conversations with you. They know most clients by name. 10/10 recommend. They do an amazing job and pay attention to every single detail making sure you get what you pay for. It was $60 for me to get a whole set with acrylic powder. Gave me some lotion because My hands are dry due to working with them constantly. AMAZING SERVICE,EMPLOYEES!
