I am not sure how I feel about this place. I've been there a few times and prices are high, but found what I wanted. While the person working there seemed to be friendly, boy oh boy did a mess occur in my life as a result of a referral made by a worker. Then, the owner called me personally yelling and in my eyes being just rude and nasty, based on her employees actions, scolding me for speaking on her business phone, when who she needed to be talking to is her employee.
I've been a business owner for over 30 yrs and I don't call customers telling them off because of the actions of someone who works for me. I would have had the conversation with the employee. And get this, it was about something that had nothing to do with her or her business. But she insisted, she didn't want to be involved, but YOU my dear involved yourself by calling me. What you should have done was, told your employee not to have certain conversations on your business line.
Also, your employee is referring people to shady people who braid hair from your store. Then when there is a problem, you don't want to be involved, but get involved by blaming the referred person???. This could have gone so many ways wrong, but I chose not to fault her, cause I get where she was coming from, but she handled it wrong! But because of your mean and nasty phone call, I personally will never come back to your store.
FYI! check yourself and your employees or volunteers. I am a nice person, but when someone speaks to with disrespect and yelling and make assumptions, well we all have a limit. POOR SERVICE. I'll travel to Wilkesbarre from now on.
love love love it here nothing like going to a place where you can relate and getting the help u need. I do hair so she just really helps me to get the style i want completed been going here since i moved here from NJ she loves the kids and we love going there. great place to go clean and always great service your not rushed or spending unnecessary money she just gets the job done love love love it here

Passing through and was looking for a beauty supply store with good reviews. Called to see if they had a particular product and to confirm they were open before driving there because I was informed their store isn’t always opened during the hours listed on their site. The lady who picked up the phone said “you can’t just pick a wig online and then call and ask if we have it. We have a variety of wigs” lol understandable that they have variety as they should however, if I were in store and looking for something, I would ask and they would look. I would have preferred she just did that vs giving me that response. Would have loved to stop by but I will simply pass.
