A customer was 50 cent short on her purchase today...the owner was kind and told her to bring it back next time. I think she knew she probably wouldn't see or remember the particular customer again. I was just amazed she approved the purchase w/o all the money.

This is a good store. I always find whatever I need here. It's a little more expensive than all the the rest but I enjoy shopping here.

Made a purchase got to my car and realized I picked up the wrong size dryer comb. Went back in from the parking lot within five minutes and could NOT exchange it. Customer satisfaction is NOT of their concern. Sad... but lesson learned.

Large amount of all types of beauty products. But the sales staff seems dissatisfied with their jobs. And the owner seems to be a tyrant to his employees.

Very big with alot of inventory, however a little pricey.

The young ladies working there are very helpful and seem to know what they're talking about.

The no return policy is ridiculous will not be shopping there...

The lady name sung is very rude and hopefully she's removed from that store

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Cut the lights off ten minutes before closing and had the nerves to try and rush me knowing damn well I can’t see in the dark! Talmbout the registers automatically shut off at 7! One of the young ladies did try to assist me but I was forced to grab anything smh I’ll never spend another dime in that place, ever! Albany Beauty learn some manners and hospitality!!!
