I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NO ONE!! the employees here are so rude, if needing help they would direct you from behind the counter instead of coming down from the counter to give the help that you need. two thumbs down for me the owner needs to teach his employees some customer service skills cause they failed the class.

Do not spend your hard earned money with racist who treat their black customers like criminals. I went in the store with my 73 year old mother in law to purchase some hair supplies. The lady behind the counter with the short blonde hair stared at us the whole time and yelled at us like we were children. I am a practicing attorney and have the means to buy anything I want and sure has hell will not tolerate being talked to like a child! She can go to hell. I sure won’t be back. I’d rather spend my money at a black owned store where they treat the customers with respect. I refuse to spent my hard earned money with people that come into our community to earn a living but look down their nose at us and treat us like dogs.

Overcrowded, they need to get the fire department to ensure the safety of the patrons. The isles are crowded!

Went in to purchase a wig. The lady spoke to me when I came in. Went to the counter where you look at wigs. Waited 15 minutes no one ever helped me. She looked my way several times but never help me. I left. Will never go bk. That's not okay. You acknowledge me but then won't help me?? No thank youuuu!

The workers at this location is always friendly and helpful.

Very nice hair store pretty good variety of hair products. I love to come here for there selection of head bands something i wish other hair stores would have. I would recommend this store to my family and friends.

Black lady that works here is rude. She was rushing me out of the store and acted like she was following me out of the store ( idk if she was tryna get physical or not) but because of her I’ll never do business here again. Nobody wants to be rushed while shopping and hearing a worker complain about waiting on a customer. When you work in retail sometimes you have to wait on customers.
