I always get my nails and pedicures done here twice a month, every month. Yesterday I went and got a fill. And asked if I could have a pedicure. The lady told me no everybody was busy. She had someone scheduled for an appointment and they showed up half way through my nails. So I asked if she could just change my polish. She finally said she would. First of all this is the worst fill I’ve ever had. My nails look worse then they did when I got there. When I asked for a design she told me no that I could have it next time. She rushed through my fill, hardly filed my nails, there is acrylic all over my fingers. There is polish all over my fingers. She didn’t even try to clean it up. Then my toes look even worse. Literally paint all around my nails everywhere. Then when she charged me she charged me $35 to paint my toe nails. Which is the cost of a deluxe pedicure. But I didn’t get a pedicure. She didn’t tell n the price until after she was done. My feet never touched water she didn’t touch my feet at all besides to spray some alcohol on my toes when I was done. I paid $82.00 and now still have to go get my nails and toes again tomorrow. I’ve been going here a long time. But I will not be returning again. Her name was hanh I think. Third desk from the front.
Absolutely love getting my nails done by viva... she is definitely worth it and she is also amazing at facials. I mean real good. I've been recommending her and everyone I brought to her loves her.

The attention to detail and overall quality of work is always superb in my experience! I’ve gone to most places within a mile or two radius of here and find myself always coming back. Always satisfied and happy! Justin did this set, but everyone here is great!
My nail start lifting three days after I got my nail done and six after it popped off and my thumb is also life. I would never go back to this nail salon
Could not convince the lady to do anything other than their $60 solar gel manicure. Every time I said I wanted normal nail polish, she argued with me and tried to hand me gel colors to pick from. Incredible ????
I had been here two times before, but 3rd times the charm. I was a walk in to get my nails filled, one lady took me and started taking off the polish. In the beginning she did tell me that she did have an appointment coming in to get her eye brows waxed, and that she would start my nails, and once the appointment came in she would do her brows then come back to my nails. I told her that was absolutely fine. appointment comes in and she leaves, comes back a little while later with a guy who usually takes the drink orders, they start grabbing my things and she tells me she had another appointment and I needed to move. They LITERALLY grabbed my purse and jacket and me and MOVED me. Strike one. then asked me if I was ok? like no actually I am a little frustrated. I get dragged to this very underwhelming table. This man starts VERY QUICKLY taking product off my nails and was using the metal drill bit on my natural nail which is a HUGE no no, fortunately for me, but unfortunately for him I at one point was studying to do nails. Cherry on the top? he started trying to GLUE down all the little lifts I had on the nail extension. I stopped him and asked him what he thought he was doing? He told me that I had lifting, I told him that he needed to bring all the lifted off and put down new product because if he did not he would give me the greenies . He nodded and said ok. then took off more of the life and put my finger up in my face and asked if it was good enough. I told him that this was not being done correctly and I got up and left. I was horrified, I honestly do not think he was licensed to even be doing nails. Be careful and do your research.
I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times and each time i was not satisfied with my nails. They are also a lot more expensive than other places I’ve gone they charged me $80.00 to fill my nails I won’t be going back their again.
Friendly staff, great service and experienced. It didn’t turn out exactly like the picture I showed my tech, but she was really great and recommended showing me what one nail done before she did the rest to make sure I liked it.
