The young lady/owner is wonderful very respectful n nice n kind. I went to her before surgery n I just went today after n she was very gentle n it was so relaxing it was perfect! It takes a lot to plz me n she did it!! Thank you so much! Very refreshed ????!

Amy and her husband are excellent! They are very kind, hard working people. I explained exactly what I wanted, and she delivered. They have indeed gained a new customer! Thank you for your services.

P.S- I believe they are under new management. Give them a chance! I am not quite sure if all of the other reviews are about the new folks running 10 Perfect Nails, maybe the old ones?

Very inexperienced staff, lacking in Customer Service. Polish on my toes was not dry, even after sitting 2 hours while my nails were being done. The young lady attempted to apply Chrome polish on my nail, it turned out horrible. I asked her to remove it, instant attitude raised. Polish was removed, but she never rebuffed my nails to smooth them out..Will have to get nails redone. Toe nails smudged and finger nails lumpy after a 3 hour vist. Certainly will not patronize this establishment again.

I just got a pedicure here. It was my first visit. I was very impressed!!! The gentleman that did my pedicure was very thorough. I will definitely be going here again; and it's right around the corner from where I live. I also like the fact that they are honest with their pricing and don't try to get over in charging you.

Always in and out within 30min. I only get a simple manicure.

NEVER coming back! The guy there is horrible and judging by the reviews of other users and my own personal experience I am correct. He gave the WORST pedicure ever. He rushed, left old polish on my toenails and tried to polish over like I wouldn't see it. He did not massage well or scrub. He does a terrible job on nails as well. I have no idea how he got a license to do nails.

Also, I went back just to get the acrylic take off my nails, because I figured that they can't mess up on that. I was wrong! I wasn't even acknowledged when I came in. The staff was extremely rude and only acknowledged me when I was leaving out after waiting 30 minutes to even be spoken to.

It's sad because I really like the owner, but she definitely needs a new staff or she will lose ALL customers.

Best pedicures. The only place I go to.
