so diapointed with how my nails came out. the lady was super rough with the drill, burned by nails multiple times there was stuff all around my nails, it's super streaky and thick and the shape is supposed to be coffin! i hate them and im so upset that these were the final product. i went a time before this and the lady that did my nails did them amazingly but this is just horrendous.

I went to this place because my normal nail salon couldn’t fit me in on short notice. I decided to give them a try because they were right next to my job. I have to say that this place is absolutely gorgeous inside and they’re very kind, squeeze me in on short notice and they did a really good job - better than my usual place. I am so happy with the service here, I will be returning from my future needs.

Made an appointment well in advance and still had to wait for 45 minutes to be helped, but they had no problem taking 4 walk-in pedicures who came in AFTER me (pedi’s bring in more money right?) Went for a gel manicure and removal of the old gel manicure I’d gotten there 2 weeks earlier. The woman who assisted me lightly filed and briefly soaked them in acetone with foil wraps before roughly taking the drill all the way down to my natural nails to remove the gel. I kindly asked her not to use the drill on my nails and she gave me a hard time saying I “have to wait longer then”. I told her I understand it’s faster but i would prefer that the drill not be used. She soaked them for longer but then used an extremely course file instead of a gel pusher to get the rest of the gel off which left DEEP scratches in my nails. She completely ruined my nails in one sitting. I told her I changed my mind about the gel manicure, and had to head out. (My nails were in NO shape to take another coat of gel) She then started shouting to her coworker in her language and gesturing at my nails which made me very uncomfortable because it was clear that she was complaining about me. I have been here many times over the years, but after this I will NOT be back. They are interested in getting people in and out as fast as possible at the cost of your nail health.

Worst manicure of my life! I have been going there on and off for several years since they are so close to my house. They are usually OK, nothing special, but it works if I am short on time and can't go somewhere better. I went in tonight for a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my manicure was so rough on my nails and had the absolute worst attitude. She was very abrupt and barked at me abruptly every time it was time to switch hands. That was not so bad and I wrote it off as a communication style difference. But then she started getting angry and actually yelling at me about where my thumb was going in the gel curing oven. She did it a few times in a row and I actually asked her to stop yelling at me. She did not stop but then started lecturing me loudly about that I had let my manicure go too long. It was truly unbelievable. I have had thousands of manicures in my life and have not experienced anything like this. I did not stay for the pedicure of course. I got out of there as soon as I could and I will not return. What kind of a "service" is that?!?! They should promptly fire that nail technician.

Worst nails…I was far from my go-to and decided to get a pedicure and fill at this place and didn’t get the color I wanted for my nails and my nails weren’t even square shape at the end. They looked rectangle with bumps and my toes looked like alright if it was be doing them. My mom as week got her nails done and a pedi and the total was $170 something I would be fine with paying if the job was done right.

I asked for round nails with a design . Got regular square nails with no design . They’re all chipped after a few days and different shapes on each nail

Worst pedicure ever I wish that I could give them zero stars!. The girl was really rude and she kept giving me dirty looks and was a miserable person! She made me feel very uncomfortable because I could tell that she was talking about me to the other worker! This is very unprofessional and mean! She quoted me one price and then charged me a different price. They rip you off there!! I’ll never come back!!!

Very clean and pretty place. The massage chairs are great quality and give a good massage. The people are nice too - I'll be going back.
