Very rude to me bc I didn’t like my nails. The lady told me, if I don’t like, don’t come back. The nails, are not shape properly, and the nail quality is horrible they break very easily. I was upset, I spent so much money on something, I didn’t like. 75 dollars ????????

Very bad manicure. She had to re do and buff multiple times. I went back to get them fixed and they still look bad. Made an apt some where Else to get them fixed. Waste of 50 dollars. Very disappointed.

I had Kim. Very very nice lady and had nice conversations. Always have had a great experience here. The ladies are very nice and I have always had lovely nails done. I love their work!!!Highly recommend.

Had Kim? Only called ahead 15 mins but was able to squeeze me in for a quick pedicure. Was going on vacation soon to FL so I wanted my feet ready for sandal weather. She was very nice and we had a nice conversation. Lower leg massage was great. Salon was nicely decorated and clean. Will probably be back in the Spring when the weather starts to get warm.

Run from this place !!! Prices are a little more pricey than other places and they don’t tell you this until after your nails are done. They have people doing nails that do not know how to do them. I went a second time on my birthday and the lady hurt my skin around my nails with her tools. She even tossed my hands around like she didn’t care or like I was somehow annoying her while I sat in silence. Then she did not put a base coat on before my chrome powder which I paid extra for and it lasted less than a week. (I had to paint over them at home and it looked even more awful) Not only that but I paid extra for gel two times and they didn’t even cover my whole nail and they used barely any gel polish on my nail (1coat). The edges to my nails were slanted and at different lengths and when I tried to call back to complain nobody answered the phone the whole day.. go somewhere else trust me

The good: My pedicure was fantastic and has held up. The color selection for their regular nail polish is really great and the gal doing my nails helped me narrow down the correct color for my dip. The girl who did my nails was friendly and kind.

The not so good: When I entered this one woman working there (manager?) was like strewn about the spa chair and barely got up to greet me and was like what do you want? .... bizarre and unprofessional. Second, they didn't have the top coat for dip and used the same top coat they do for gel and just like gel my nails have chipped in less than 2 days. While it may have been cheaper than my usual place, it's not cheaper when you consider i needed to get it redone within 2 days.

First off Anna and her shaping skills are simply PERFECTION ???? I try to go every 2-3 wks. I get tons of compliments off her work. She’s the friendliest nail tech I EVER had.I have absolutely nothing bad to say. I went for a nail emergency once they didn’t even charge me. All the staff at Zen Nail Spa are pretty freaking dope.They really have a customer for life ‼️

My normal girl was not available but the tech I was given was great also.

Attentive and detailed oriented. Plus the foot and lower massage was good also. Pleasant personality and service. Told me business has been down a bit due to Covid 19. Good to support a home town business.
