Mike and his team provide a great experience in a welcoming environment. Whether you are young and looking for your first professional looking cut or an adult preparing for an interview, they make sure to meet the needs of every customer. I’ve been coming to them for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. Perfect spot for young adults in particular which is tough to find in our area. Highly recommend! (also a nice area in Yorktown to make an afternoon of it)

Got my haircut done by Mike. I asked for him to clean it up and shorten it a little. I specified that I do not use any styling products on it. Haircut looks good at the end, but my hair was wet and he put styling powder in it. I paid 35$ (25+tip) and got charged an ATM fee to withdraw cash. They don't take card ( didn't see a sign saying that when I walked it) when I got home, showered and dried my hair. it looked like I had half a bowl cut on one side, half my cowlick was cut while the other half was left longer than all my other hair on top of my head and the other side of my head was buzzed unevenly. The cut took less than 10 minutes. I've never gotten this bad of a haircut in my life.
Mr. Lugo himself is an extraordinary human being, a greatly talented barber and a gracious business owner. That goes without saying. But the other Mike over there cut my 2 boys hair last minute notice late Sunday morning. He was able to get a baldy skin fade with a design on the side and left the top longer, but neat within less than an hour for both my kids 8 and 10 years old. He did such a great job in a short amount of time without rushing. He knew exactly how I wanted them to look and NAILED IT!! On both of them. That day the boys went to their cousins bday party with a lot of people and received compliment after compliment on how cool and sharp their cuts looked. With a few slaps on the baldies with an "I like your current G!!".... from their knucklehead cousins.

Always a great cut and if my kids get a bad cut from another barbershop Xclusive will fix the cut for you for a small price that same day. ????????♂️????♂️????
My son is on the spectrum and definitely not a fan of getting his hair cut. There are usually lots of tears and screams and his hair comes out only as good as he’ll let them cut it. However, today he sat in Mike V.‘s chair who was so nice and understanding about our situation on the phone and then even better in person. Mike was calm, patient, and kind. He showed Ryan every tool before he started and made sure he gave him a great haircut while keeping him comfortable and calm. This was the best haircut experience he has ever had and I’m so grateful to Mike for his patience and kindness. We will definitely be going back to him for future hair cuts!
I needed a last minute haircut for my son and Jess took him in! She was very nice and professional and knew how to handle him. The haircut came out great. Will be going back to her again! Thank you Jess.
I’ve never been one to get a professional haircut, more just go into any local shop and get a basic trim. I heard a lot of good things about xclusive from many of my friends so I figured I would give it a shot. I walked in not knowing anything about what I wanted or what I was even supposed to ask for. Every single person working greeted me as I walked in which was very comforting. John, or as they call him in the shop “snippy,” immediately took me to his chair and asked what I was looking for. After I told him I wasn’t sure he helped me through a bunch of suggestions until we landed on one. Not only did I end up leaving with the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, but I also got to have one of the best conversations I’ve ever had. John was a blast to talk to and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. I would highly recommend getting a haircut from John and I can say I won’t be going anywhere else to get my haircut.
My son has a difficult hairline with a cowlic. I began to think he would always have a crooked hairline. We went to Jessica and she came up with a plan to grow the top out and straighten his hairline! For 9 years no other barber was able to give him a really great looking cut. I am so happy happy with the service and style we will only go to xclusive cuts. Jessica is so friendly and naturally easy with kids she makes getting a haircut such a smooth experience. Highly recommend!!!
