A friend and I meet in town for a girls day from time to time. This is the second time we scheduled appointments here. The first time my friend left sore and bleeding. Thinking it wouldn’t happen again, we tried again a few years later but had the same experience, unfortunately. Beautiful establishment; however, even when I told the tech that it was hurting me and I was grimacing in pain, she was not empathetic and kept doing what she was doing. I left with three bloody sore fingers and scratches from the bristles up my achilles. We paid for shellac and less than a week later four of the nails have chipped. Pretty disappointing considering the up-charge for shellac was an additional $15/set.

i’ve gone to the same nail tech since i was 15 years old but today was the worst customer service experience EVER. on february 8th i got my nails done and by february 14th, the top coat was chipping on three of my nails. so i went in to tell them that i was a little disappointed as this it is definitely not cheap and this is the one thing i do for myself.

well, i went to have them fixed today to only be criticized on why i walked in to complain last week instead of calling and that i shouldn’t be upset about 3 nails, which actually 5 nails were chipping by the time they were fixed, he just only fixed 3. (so yes, i still have 2 chipping nails). after i told him that his customer service was very very poor, he then told me “you don’t need to come back.” a LOYAL customer of 8 years that schedules every 4 weeks RELIGIOUSLY (i give $660 a YEAR to them) and the OWNER has the audacity to say something like that. his wife came over and told him multiple times that he needed to stop complaining and arguing and to just fix my nails, but he continued to make snarky comments about how i was disappointed and how i shouldn’t have complained. 8 years with no issues but the minute i have one complaint, he doesn’t want me coming back. i’m sorry i used 13 FREE minutes of your time to fix my nails, Lee????

I took my 85 year old mother to have a pedicure. My mom asked her to cut nails shorter. The female became rude after that. She told my mom to go to a podiatrist. She brushed the side of mom bug toe raw. She now has a scab from it. Basically, we both got our toenails polished, no pedicure. I thought a pedicure was when you got your feet brushed smooth. Didn't happen. I had to go home and do it myself. Worst treatment and pedicure ever!

Glenda did a fabulous job on my pedicure today. My toes are so pretty I can't stop looking at them. I will definitely be going back.

Great service always friendly. I'm always ecstatic with the work done on my nails every time I come here.

I love and appreciate when I have an appointment and walk-ins don't take my spot or make me wait. Shelby gave me the best pedicure I have ever had and did an amazing job with my nails too. It's very clean and relaxing.

I love Wonder Nails and the gal who does my nails (Winn). She almost always finds a way to work me in on the same day I call unless there is a big event going on. I've never been disappointed with her work and she does exceptional and creative work. I don't go to anyone else!

People were very nice. Great job on my pedicure. Very impressed. Did a very thorough job. Probably one of the best I ever had
