Kelly has been doing my pedicure for years now and she delivers great service! Matt is great as well! Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend.
I have gotten my nails done for over 29 years now, I definitely know what to expect and what to ask for. Went for a Gel nail fill, Worst experience!! If some of these workers do not like what they do then find another job! Simple! A male attempted to "Educate" me and with his attitude, because I was not getting a full set Acrylic/gel nails, I am guessing so that I would pay for more. Did not work. I I tried to get the name of the male after I choose to have someone else do my nails, but of course his license was nowhere to be seen and the person who actually did my nails and cash me out ignored me when I ask for it. Just because they choose to speak in their language to bash the customers they forget that some of us know multiple languages, very unprofessional. Some of these workers expect a tip like if it is automatic, a tip is a sign that they have done a great job and you are happy with their services you have already paid for the nail service you walked in for. I am very supportive of workers who earn tips and have always exceed the tipping percentage. Of course I paid for my nails service but I refused to tip for bad customer service of from this person. Service at these nail places is getting worse. I feel bad for the few good and very pleasant workers that remain there. If I could give Win nails a zero star I would.
I went in for a simple gel manicure and the work was done very sloppy, prices are regular as any place so I was expecting decent work… Very sloppy around the cuticle and I had to unstick my skin under my nails since it leaked in between my nails and my skin. i tried cleaning them up myself, but it still look messy ????
On 12/20/21 I called for an appointment on following day to be at 5 pm with Kevin. As I walk in at 4:40 pm following day I see Kevin working on a client. I noticed he had some time left to finish. He asked what I needed, I said I'm your 5 o'clock appointment he said ok sit down. At 5:50 a lady walks in and Kevin asks her to please have a seat. He tells girl to go wash her hands and he also leaves to back room. Girl comes back and he stays behind we all assumed he was eating. I understood so I kept waiting. As he did last touches on the same girl nails she gets up to pay and he then asked lady that just walked in to have a seat at his table. I quickly stood up and said I'm your 5 o'clock appointment and been waiting for you for over an hour. He answered I'm so sorry I forgot. I said well I set the appointment yesterday he replied well I'm sorry we don't have a book to write appointments down, I'm sorry. I replied then how does she just walked in without an appointment, thank you for your service your very unprofessional. I then walked out and never going back. He is an awesome artist I love his work but he also charges me well for him to loose me as a loyal customer.

Won't return a gentleman in seconds The chair is rude and not sure if he is talking about a customer in his language plus not a reasonable price according to salon nail shortage is forcing nail cost to rise...
Very unprofessional and rude, my mom has been going there for many years and everytime she goes there they are very rude to her, my mom's English is not the greatest so we have to put what she wants on her phone. She just got her nails done last Thursday and not even a week and three acrylic nails broke already which has never happened before, so she went back because she figured they would fix them which they should and it should be under warranty and the nail tech was very annoyed by her and told her maybe she should go to another nail place and pay less because my mom didn't want to pay again when she had already spent almost $100 in the first place. We have a lot of people the go there and that we refer, will definitely no longer be returning or referring people there.
Had a horrible customer service the male tech started screaming and got really mad at my mom just because she did not understood him it made her feel really uncomfortable. Plus when he finished doing her nails he didn't cure them instead he fan dry them.Well never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone no one deserves to be treated that way.
This place used to provide great pedicures at a fraction of competitors pricing. However, the price has increased quite a bit in the past two years making it not as appealing. Also when you enter they barely acknowledge you and never estimate the time you will wait. I waited an hour before I was seen today.
