My best friend and I have gone to Vivid for over a year and have never had a bad experience! Staff is so friendly and I cannot recommend Nelson and Michelle enough! (They’re the dream team!) I get so many complements on my nails and I’m always sure to refer people to Vivid! Pictures are some of the work I’ve had done by Michelle! ❤️

Good service overall wonderful atmosphere. Massage chairs are probably some of the better ones on the coast. The polish seemed a bit thick and starting cracking after a week. I’m going to try another nail salon before coming back though.

I’ve only been there twice, but I can say that I recently went there for dip powder with French tips and I am absolutely inlove with my nails! The ladies were so pleasant and my nail tech did a fabulous job! They will continue to have my business.

The nail shop was clean and the overall atmosphere was nice. However, the quality of the work was awful. The polish from my pedicure started chipping after the second day and the full set I got was ugly. I asked for an almond shape and the nail tech was not able to deliver even after a second person tried shaping the nails I was still not satisfied. I had to ask for the extra acrylic to be removed from the back side of my nails and I left with several raw fingers.

The first time I went here, everything was great! (It was the younger lady with the balayage hair)

The past few times I’ve been here, have not been so great. I haven’t felt welcomed. They also have not provided me with what I asked for, and when I told them that this isn’t what I wanted they had an attitude. Not only the past two times I’ve been has the lady been aggressive, but also would ask me questions about myself and when I would answer she would look at another tech and laugh. Very unprofessional…

As a nail tech I feel that you should make your clients feel welcomed and excited to come back. After todays experience I am for sure not stepping foot back in here.

My wife and I came in here and had a great morning. The service was done well and I felt the place was very clean. My only request would be to have a few more TV's and maybe a larger screen. Very good location.

The lady that I had today did a amazing job with my nails and the designs.. I love my nails the way she did them

This was the worst service I have ever had. They never acknowledged me when I walked in I didn't even know that they could talk until this lady walked in of another nationality. They greeted her with pleasure. Three people worked on my hands and none of them did a good job. Needless to say, I will be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone that I know to visit this establishment.
