I rarely leave reviews, and have tried so many places from New Bern to James City. But, I just had to for Vivid Nails! The salon is so clean, everyone was welcoming, and the lady who did my all white gel manicure did a great job; there was no polish on my skin at all! The other two ladies who did my sisters french gel manicure did an AMAZING JOB- perfect lines! Definitely coming back

At Vivid nails the staff is friendly and they do a great job every time I go there. From pedicures, manicures, full sets and waxing. My daughter also gets her lashes done and they do an amazing job. We won’t go anywhere else.

I just had the most relaxing experience!

Fantasia was so pleasant. She is such a wonderful asset to this business. She was both efficient and personable.

Truc is the best! I went in this morning for a new set since I had two broken nails and she took the time to look at my other nails to determine if a full new set was necessary. My other nails were in great condition so she fixed my two broken nails and filled the others instead. Even when she is busy, she makes it a point to do her best while being fast! I have been going here for years and will continue going to see Truc and her other wonderful nail techs.

I absolutely love this place so much! I always feel so relaxed coming in here and having a good laugh is a plus too! I get my eye brows waxed here and I love how perfect they come out every time. I get my nails done here & every single time I never leave disappointed. I get my deluxe pedicures here and I always feel so relaxed. I honestly think this is the best place in the area to come too.

Yes sometimes you'll have to sit and wait because they are packed and busy but they offer you a drink they talk to you and it's just really comforting to be here. I love Tru she's amazing, funny and caring. Not sure why so many negative reviews but please don't listen to them. The staff is always attentive & if you need something fixed just come in and ask them they'll fix it ... no need to 1 star review. Thank you vivid nails, tru & the staff for the amazing work you do. I'll be back soon

I was here one time before and got a pedicure, and I don't think I've laughed so hard before in my life. The staff all seems to get along, they're very fun and professional.

This time I got a manicure and a fill. The glow in the dark gel polish with this design looks phenomenal! I think I found my new permanent nail salon! Thank you all so much!!!
