I have been going to this salon for three years now and I absolutely love it! I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks with DD and the attention and service they give is amazing. I can always count on them fitting me in when I have busy schedule at work and they put up with me being indecisive about color choices. I have brought my family members here and they are always super happy when they leave! They are always looking for ways to bring in more colors and techniques and maintaining safe practices for all customers. My Valentine’s Day nails came out great! Thank you Vista Nails ???? They were so kind to me the entire time and the service was so amazing. DD did a great job with the nail art, look at the precision! Also i want to thank the man who dipped my nails and shaped them, he kept asking how i liked them, which i thought was great because not a lot of nail techs will ask that. All in all, you should come here for your next nails!
Wonderful customer service and DD did such a great job on my Christmas nails! I’ve been here many times over the years, but I think it’s under new management and has been great recently. I usually get a deluxe pedi and dip powder. I broke a nail (dip powder) and they fixed it for free even though it had been at least a week. Have always had great experiences and friendly techs! Their reward cards are also a nice bonus - receive a stamp for every $20 you spend (I think) and get a discount after reaching 10 stamps. Will definitely be back!
I decided to get the signature pedicure mostly because the bold writing that said DEEP massage, stone, along with paraffin. The massage I received was bare minimum. The paraffin was not even enough to cover my feet properly. For the amount of money I just spent I am not sure what I was paying extra for. Highly disappointed.
This salon is great! I've been coming for a year now. Everyone there is willing to accommodate as best they can. Although I keep noticing people who only speak Spanish getting upset at them and I offer to translate everytime. I'm sorry but if you're going to get service, either YOU the client need to know how to speak a language they understand or come prepared with what you want in a picture or Google translate it. Not the other way around. AND to blame them for not understanding you is not their fault.
Me and my husband went in for the stone pedicure. I’m so happy we went in spite of the reviews. Tran is the man ???? he did my pedi. Unfortunately I didn’t get the young ladies name who did my husband’s pedi but we were both satisfied. They went above and beyond. The salon was clean. The chairs were extremely comfortable. They took their time with the pedicures even though other customers were coming in for service. Tran took his time massaging my legs I have nerve damage in both legs so I really appreciated that ???? My polish was on point. I would highly recommend this salon and we will definitely be returning clients ????
I loved my experience at vista nails! Deedee was very clean and nailed the design I had in mind. I’m here on vacation and the employees gave me a run down of all the things I need to do while in town! Would highly recommend
The first time I went to this salon I had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the second time was terrible. I got a gel mani and pedi. I felt terrible and I had to ask the gentleman in the first station if he could redo my polish because the color was so uneven and lumpy. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing he made me feel worse and then told me it was my nail that was lumpy…. He then seemed to get very upset when I said I didn’t want the drill on my nail. I was actually very embarrassed. I didn’t dare say anything about my toenails. When I went home my daughter privately messaged them for me and asked for them to redo the polish but they chose to not respond after the notification came that it was seen. It’s very sad because I only recently moved to this area and had been with my previous nail girl for over 10 years and I am loyal to every 2 weeks service. I also bring my daughters with me and my average bill runs over $250… I would think with todays economy it would be important to keep every valuable customer as happy as possible to preserve revenue.
