Went in to fix a broken nail and the guy said I was good to go and that I didn’t owe anything. I walked out and said thank you to everyone. Then 2 girls chase me to my car accusing me of not paying them 5$.
These people are so rude and unprofessional. The couple of times I’ve got my nails done they always break and I’m back the next week. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt bc they always squeezed me in. But they ARE SO RUDE and they are ALWAYS rude to customers. They also over charge they tell you once price then tell you another when they are done.
Don’t wait ya time or moneyyyy here????
Went in for a gel/color change . They offered dip and did the simple design I wanted . The women took her time and did a great job .
Hands down the best nail salon in Santa Maria. I jumped from my regular salon on a whim and haven't looked back. Staff is nice and owner Lisa is very progressive takes not only cash or card but Zelle and venmo for the electronic only crowd. The place has a warm ambience never loud and overwhelming like other places. I recommend the deluxe pedicure it's so worth it. Don't be afraid to sit back and relax in those chairs and let it give you a massage while you're pampered.
Worst $40 pedicure I’ve ever had. He gave minimal service. Very little massage and little attention to details. Complete pedicure took less than 30 minutes. I don’t understand how they continue to have clientele.

I had a gel manicure done and I loved it! The problem is that the girl did it in a hurry since they were closing already. She did it quick and was a bit upset since she kept looking at the clock. She could have told me to come another day! Very pricey too. I should have just done acrylic nails instead.
I was a licensed manicurist. I have done many old-fashioned manicures just using regular nail polish. It seems as though unless these manicurists use gel which is Fail-Safe but very hard on your fingernails which is why I don't like it. They are incapable of giving a regular manicure basic manicure. I don't think I've seen such a bad paint job thick the brush marks stand out . The paint not to the edge of my fingers on side to side . All I can say is I don't know how they get their license to do a manicure it's really that bad . My jaw about hit the ground when I was charged $50 to get a pedicure and a manicure using regular fingernail polish and my fingernails we're done horribly buy a little lady once again. It's been about a year since the last time I tried VIP Nails but I decided Well I'll give it a try again what the heck. But once again I will never go back there once and for all has become my resolution.
I went Sunday night and spent 2hours there for my nails to not come out how I asked them. I showed them a picture and the girl who did my nails did something completely different. This has been my first bad encounter with them but I will not be going back or recommending this place.
