I just moved to Winter Springs. Had to go to take Mary for phone store. Stopped for lunch 1st & saw this Salon, so I went in. Mimi is the best! 1st, I got a full set with art & eyebrows waxed. Was so impressed with her & the shop, drove back there for a Hot Rock Pedicure. I was in Heaven! There is literally 4 nail salons within 5 min of my new home, but I will continue to drive 23 miles to see Mimi! The shop is so clean & every single person said hello to me

First off the blonde receptionist is rude. Second of all their pricing chart directly at the register is completely incorrect with false advertisement. Third of all I went in for a basic fill In with gel, and was also charged for shaping when my nails were already shaped. They literally just wanted to charge whatever they could, sad. According to the chart a Gel fill In should have costed $25 I was charged $43 plus $5 and was not advised of any shaping. My daughters gel manicure was $40 and it took a whopping 10 minutes. My nails are NOT coffin shape as they charged me for. Also the man drilled off ALL my natural nails that I have been growing out, and kept burning my fingers repeatedly. It was painful. I will not be back. I do not recommend.

Shokouh is amazing she has been threading my eye brows and doing my pedicures for now 6 years. I can’t go anywhere else. She is the best ♥️

What I wanted, what I got, how I left.

Originally I stopped in to have my nails done similar to the Pinterest inspo pic.

I asked for coffin and off bat Mimi states that the shape and length would be $80, I was confused at the price but let her proceed because obviously this was going to be an exact replica of the Pinterest picture for that price. The second picture I actually paid $92 for and as you can see this ain’t it.. slept on it went back the next day to have them fixed and there were a lot of things there weren’t able to do, I was able to receive a flawless coffin, however the colors weren’t right so I asked to change the design, every design I pulled up they gave me a reason on why they were unable to do the design for some reason or another. I finally got discouraged and asked for my nails to be removed, and for a refund. At this point I was argued with on why I should settle, my nails were chopped, wrapped with acetone, and no one spoke to me for the next hour. Finally I was issued my refund, continued to be ignored and left for a business meeting with my nails looking like this????, please ladies, gents do yourselves the favor and save your money.

Love this place the service the team here all awesome don’t want to tell you my favorite. When I do they get booked up. Find your person they even come early for their regulars!

I LOVE Venus Nails! The blonde girl at the front desk is a doll! I was on the phone booking my appointment when a rude lady came in and demanded she stop and greet her! So disrespectful. People using services should be kind to staff as they are working hard. We get back from others what we put in. It’s hard to find anyone that cares and Venus Nails wants customers to be happy. That’s why I have been going there for 2 years. Consistent excellent service. My service was perfect, the store is beautiful and clean! Staff very nice!!

Came here a while ago after work bc the website said they closed at 7. I must have walked in while they were closing or something, but instead of turning me away they took me in, did an awful, rushed job on my nails and charged me for them. Then argued with me about closing time on the website, when I was just explaining myself because it was obvious they were unhappy. I’m sure this place does a great job - but be cautious if you decide to go later in the day.

Tiffany is always great! She gives the best pedicures and manicures!! Been with her since 2019 and can’t find anyone better. Highly recommend!
