I recently visited this nail salon and I must say, I am beyond impressed! It was relaxing, the staff was friendly and attentive and the services offered were great! The nail technicians were highly skilled and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my manicure and pedicure was perfect.
The staff ensures that each customer is comfortable and satisfied with their services. The sanitation practices were outstanding, making me feel safe and at ease during my visit.
Overall, I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a luxurious and high-quality beauty experience. The staff truly went above and beyond, and I can't wait to return for my next appointment!
Venus is a godsend! So conveniently located in the North Greenbush plaza with ample parking. You can walk in without an appointment and most days not even wait more than 5 mins as Anthony attentively helps you. I’ve seen almost every nail tech here and they are all very professional and put much pride in their work. This is no “we need to get this done in 20 mins” place where they just want to get the maximum customers in for profit. They take their time when necessary.
Angie, Wendy, Anthony & Brendan are all fabulous techs who make me feel like this is a true spa escape. If you want the best designs, Angie and Wendy are your girls. But all of them make it a special experience. Tommy is great as well! Honestly, no bad techs here!
For the amount of attention to detail and the quality of their products, I’m surprised the prices aren’t higher!
Everything is super clean also!
Don’t sleep on this place, make an appointment now! Also, there’s a gym next door, Starbucks, Juniors and soon to be Bare smoothies - you don’t need to go anywhere else but here!
I went to do a gell filling and nail design from another site. Alex was my nail tech, and he did an amazing job. He filled my nails beautifully. No bumps or nail polish residue on skin. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Salon was clean, tiddy, and organized. Will come back again!
On August 20th, 2021 I went to this salon as a highly recommended place from a co worker. The gentleman that sat in the far left hand corner did my ANC. He rushed through the process and as you can see my nails are uneven and lumpy. I asked him to fix them and he said okay no problem and they still looked terrible. Instead of saying something to the owner Kevin right then and there I called the following day requesting to speak to Kevin. I told him what happened and he told me the guy could fix them. I expressed to the owner I did not this guy doing my nails because he messed them up then tried to fix them and they still looked like garbage. I asked him if someone else could fix them and he said no next time I come in to ask for someone else. I am completely disappointed in the service I received as a first time customer, you think the owner would want to make things right by fixing them, refunding me, or giving me a credit for my next visit…but no. I will not go back here and I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone.
I got ANC the nail artist was horrid she did the nails far from the sides of my nails and never pushed my cuticles back & she didn’t do the colors I wanted

I was a regular before COVID occurred and was always happy with my ANC and pedicures. Today’s visit was a huge disappointment. The young technician was clearly annoyed when I asked her to wait a couple of minutes for my friend to join us as we were scheduled for pedicures. My friend arrived within five minutes so it should not have been a big deal especially since the place was not busy in the least. Once finished with the pedicure, the technician immediately walked away and sat down with her phone. She didn’t acknowledge me again so I grabbed my shoes and walked to the drying area. It was an unpleasant experience and I will not be returning.
Made an appt for my daughter with them for a pedicure and anc. Appointment was for 2:00. They started to take walk ins ahead of her and she sat there for an hour……..never seen. I went back to pick her up and said exactly how I felt and told her we would go somewhere else. They are very disorganized. This was the second time in a row this happened to us. The first time I chalked it up to being busy. Now that it happened again we WILL NOT be going back.
