I love love LOVE Vanity Lab. I see Ashley, and she always does the best job. I have super thick hair, and she’s able to handle it and makes it look fabulous with my cut and dye job. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years, through different hair trends and styles, and always walk out extremely satisfied! They also have a super cute boutique in the front of the store with jewelry, candles, Cleveland merchandise, and other unique accessories. I have bought lots of gifts for people, as well as myself!! Recommend to women and men in the Cleveland area looking for an awesome, friendly, stylish salon and boutique!
I LOVE Vanity Lab!!!!! I have been going there for years now. I go every 3 weeks and every time I go the decor is always changing. Staff are all so friendly and quick to answer any questions. I love all the products the use on my hair. My hair looks so healthy!!!!! And they smell AMAZING!!!! They have so many unique local artists jewelry and home decor!!! I highly recommend them. I see Ashley and I just love her!!!!! ❤️
I’ve been going to The Lab for 4 years now and I love it! I see Sam there and always trust her with my hair color and cut and she always has fresh ideas about different styles and colors and when it’s time for a refresh or a change! She always listens to what you have in mind and makes it work so you leave feeling so cool and sexy! I look forward to my relaxing appointments and truly love all the stylists there they make you feel so welcome and comfortable! If you’re not going here to get your hair done you are missing out!!!!!
I would highly recommend Vanity Lab to anyone looking for a new stylist. Ashely has cut and colored my hair for the past 8 years and I have been nothing but satisfied. All the stylists their continue their education by going to hair conventions so you they always know the latest hair trends. Allie is also awesome with eyebrows!
Ashley and Ali are great! They take the time to listen to what my daughters' want the hair to look like, have made helpful suggestions to bring their wants into a style that is perfect! My girls are so happy with their hair that I am switching to Vanity Labs myself. :)
I was looking for a new salon and I'm so glad I found vanity lab! Morgan was working at the front desk during my first visit - she was super helpful and sold me on my decision! She gave me a quick tour of the salon, offered coffee, and answered all my questions. All the stylists were friendly & professional -- I loved the whole atmosphere & most importantly loved my hair!
Ashley is amazing! She changed my hair and confidence for the better! She’s extremely talented!! Vanity lab as a whole is a wonderful salon! Amazing vibe right when you walk in and everyone makes you feel so welcome.
I got highlights for the first time. I was afraid of damage since I don't have much hair. Andrea asked me a bunch of questions about what I wanted. In the end, I basically left it up to her. My hair is awesome! I get compliments everyday. With different styles, some people tell me for the second time how much they love my hair. The salon is very nice. Totally recommend!
