A minute into my service, I knew I should get up and walk out. They are sloppy and messy - just take a second and look at their tools and supplies. I am used to having gel removed with acetone, my nails lightly buffed and gel re-applied which keeps my nails healthy. She immediately went in with the Dremel tool and took off the top layer of my nails as well as damaged my cuticles which means I will have to wear gel for at least another 6 months to let my nails grow out. On top of this, she did a terrible job painting my nails. One has top coat streaked on it. I've never had this at any salon in the 10+ years I've gone to salons. The polish is over the cuticle beds, polish underneath my nails and on my skin. Every part of the service was bad. I went here because I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to my regular salon and have completely regretted it. The place is always busy so clearly people enjoy it. It's just not for me and I have higher expectations for my nail salon.

Let me just say... WOW! What a beautiful nail salon. very clean and the employees are very friendly. I have come here once before and I will consider going again! My friend who comes here a lot recommended this place to me. There are pros and cons about this place listed below:

Pros-

The place was very sanitary (at least with my experience) and clean. They had nice employees and it didn't have that strong of a chemical smell that normal nail salons have. My nails weren't exactly the colors I asked for but they still turned out beautiful! The nails were pretty long and so I expected them to stay on for about 2 weeks but they stayed one for 2 months!

Cons-

When we first arrived, we had an appointment booked and so we went to an employee and told them about our appointment. They sat us down in the waiting area and told us it would be a couple minutes. They had about 6 open chairs! A lot of the employees just walked around and did nothing while we sat there for over 30 minutes! Once we were FINALLY seated the guy doing my nails was hard to understand and a bit rough. I would barely move and he would be like "Ma'am sit still." and I would sit there awkwardly. It took him over an hour and a half to do my nails and we were the last ones there to leave.

The bad things that happened to me does not happen every time I'm sure so that's why this place gets 4 stars. It was a good and bad experience. Next time I would like to be treated a little better.

Came in literally 30 mins before they closed and my pedicure lady STILL made sure my nails looked good. She took her time and asked me questions to make sure I liked everything. Had to add an extra coat to one nail, but she was super sweet! Wish I had gotten her name.

they constantly lie about their skill set and are extremely unprofessional. they kicked out my sister because they “didn’t feel like doing the rest of her nails”. the chrome was patchy and awful and they do not know what they are doing. IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO GO HERE!!!

I recently had to stop using USA nails because I moved but I miss them EVERY SINGLE time I have to go somewhere else. They are the best nail place I’ve ever used! Cleanest, best staff, and best pedicure hands down!! I miss y’all!!!

I went to the salon with my mom and friend for my birthday to get pedicures. I asked if they had time to go ahead and do my SNS fill in as well. Typically they do that as I get my pedicure. I said if they couldn't do that, it was fine I could come back because I didn't want my mom & friend to have to wait for me. The lady started on my nails just as the others finished their pedicures. This is the 2nd time she's done my nails and I've been extremely disappointed both times. She rushed and did a horrible job. 1) was told the color would match my gel color on my toes. It is completely the wrong color 2) I had to come home and file several rough spots on my nails. The powder was not applied enough because the color is transparent which I don't feel it should be. I've been coming to this salon for a while now but I'm seriously contemplating changing after this experience.

First place I've been that make my nails feel great and don't make my nails feel like they are peeling off. Everyone so far is so nice

Cosmetology student here!! I’ve been coming to USA nails for about 12 years. always ask for Louis when getting sns or acrylic. ESPECIALLY if you prefer long nails. he is an EXTREMELY talented technician that pays very close attention to the shape, and the way he lays his acrylic bead. I really appreciate how much he pays attention to detail. He will not finish until your nails are absolutely PERFECT. My preferred nail designs can tend to be difficult and I’ve noticed some nail techs here don’t like to do long nails or don’t have much experience with long nails but I have NEVER had a negative experience with Louis. He always understands my vision for what design, executes it perfectly every single time, and to top it off he is very kind and personable. Keep up the amazing work.
