I have been coming here for about 20 years when they were across the way from where there location is now. They always do the best job and are always more than happy to fix any errors no problem. Such a nice clean and friendly environment!

Been going here for 10 years and LOVE the service I get, prices are reasonable, I drive 45 minutes to come here every 2 weeks! I prefer the owners to do my services but they do get busy.

Was here on 8/5/2021 for a new set of acrylic nails with gel. Had never been here. I called and made an appointment at which time I did tell them I had a set on that needed to be removed. The tech I got had a very hard time getting my old nails off and made it clear she was not happy about it. It took well over an hour and it probably would have taken less time if she hadn’t been checking her phone and complaining all the time. She tried to convince me to get dip powder with the new set but I declined after I was told it would be 65$ before tip. At this point I could tell she was more annoyed. As we were getting towards the end of the appointment she pointed over to the pedicure chairs and she said see all of those girls over there ? They’re making 150$ today and I’m making 65$ and pointed at my hands. I said excuse me ? I hope I’m not inconveniencing you. She tried to kind of laugh it off and said something about it “happening” sometimes. I was so shocked and so offended I could barely talk for the rest of the appointment. She asked me if I was happy and I barely answered her. My nails were also misshapen and were not all the same length. I tipped her 15$ on 70$ which I regret. I honestly felt almost pressured and bullied by the time it was time to pay I would highly recommend NOT coming here for service unless you are okay with being bullied and overcharged for lousy nails.

Usually they are AMAZING but I wasn't completely happy with how my nails came out this time. Hopefully they will be perfect next time!
