They business was clean and the staff was nice, but they were VERY slow, made my cuticles bleed, and the nail art was pretty sloppy and not really in line with what I asked for. The ombré isn’t a smooth transition, either. My nails look like a bootleg version of what I asked for. Mine are on the left and what I asked for is on the right. They also charged 80$!! Which is honestly ridiculous!! I like the length and shape—but the nail art, slow service, and rough treatment of my cuticles make me not want to go back.
My friend also got her nails done here—French tips with hearts—and none of the hearts or the tips are the same size. It’s all very obviously uneven. She had to pay 80$ too.
This place is good if you just want a solid color, but don’t come here if you want nail art
EDIT: coming back to dock another star. The absolutely BRUTAL treatment of my nail beds made it so that, hours later, I am left in EXCRUCIATING pain. All ten of my tender, throbbing nail beds HURT even when they aren’t touched! I have NEVER had this happen to me and the pain is so bad it is difficult to SLEEP! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Too expensive, poorly done art, AND it HURT ME.
Second time coming. I got the spa deluxe pedicure. Prices are at a reasonable price compared to what I’m use to paying. Seems like I come when they are slow I dont get a rush job. Love how they scrubbed almost all my callous off my feet. I’m a simple person so no design
Mark and Kim are two great, dedicated business owners who have improved my nail health tremendously. Before, gel and dip at other salons didn’t last. Here, they last weeks, and feel very natural. Your nails WILL look perfect when you leave here. Be prepared for them to take their time, they won’t rush. But good work isn’t rushed!! Very clean, fair prices, quiet relaxing salon.
This is my first time coming to US Nail Spa. I got the dip over my real nails, only one had to repaired. Mark did my set, he was great, made sure I liked them. Their pricing is very fair! I will be coming back! Thank you!
08-18-21 - Mark & Kim are amazing!! Again a wonderful Dip set, thank you both so much for the amazing, kind service!! The color is Fairy lights.
We love it here! I took my wife for the first time and she's in love. My daughter got me hooked! The staff are friendly and very professional. Definitely have our business!
I read all the reviews before I came here and decided to give it a chance. And I loved it I felt like family and enjoyed the conversation. The price was fair and my nails look cute I came in wanting designs but they really only do basic stuff and I’m okay with that I will be coming more often and their son mason is the cutest and so helpful. If you want to get your nails done somewhere you want to feel comfortable come here! Thank you so much for my nails!!
Today was my first visit here and let me just say, AMAZING! I will only be going to Us Nail Spa from now on. My husband, granddaughter and I received the best pedi's ever.My toe polish looks amazing. Just got a polish on my natural fingernails and I am so impressed and never felt pressured to get artificial nails like I have at other places. Top notch service and such personable hospitality! Five stars for sure.
They always do the best on my nails. My natural nails are already long. I am always greeted when I arrive. And they thank me for my business. I've had a lot of dip manicures and U.S. nails does the best job. I tried a lot of other salons and the quality was never very good. I'm so glad I found these good people.
