I have been coming to this US hair for nearly 10 years - and for most part was a pretty descent store. Today I visited, to purchase some items, and right when I walk in two women employees were literally getting into it (right on the floor ) I got what I needed and came to check out(some time later) and now another employee who was working the check out literally was sitting there stocking and or unboxing items when she saw me just standing there- then she eventually ask (was I ready to check out) as I check out my items with her- I hand her my pmt method , and she wants me to enter my card , but at same time wants me to keep machine close to her- where I cannot even see the key pad or amount of my purchase( so I take digital machine , and bring close to me) she advise me not to do that- ( I advised her , if I am putting my card in , I need to see my direct purchase amount and follow prompts on key pad) she gave me this disturbed look as I left store- as If I did something wrong. This store has went down hill & their employees are very unprofessional .

They watch you ALL THE TIME AND TALK ABOUT YOU IN THERE LANGUAGE, THEY MAKE INFRONT OF BLACK FOLKS THE MOST ANS THERE ATTITUDES STINK ! No good hair store

I visited this store on Sunday to pick up a few items. One of the items I got was a eyebrow pencil that had a tag for $7.49 well the guy at the register rang it up $9.99 . I bought it to his attention and 1st he tells me it’s tax. No sir you can’t charge me tax twice that’s not legal. So the. Some chick comes out and says it rung up right the price is wrong . Your fault not mine , she asked me if I wanted to return it I said not really I just want my $2.50 back they refused to give me my money. I will never ever go to this store. They open stores in the black community and treat us like trash

Very good selection at very good prices! Store was pretty organized when I went as well and it was very easy to find all the things that I needed. Will definitely be visiting for all my hair needs. I didn't really take a look at the wigs or evaluate their prices, but the braiding hair is very affordable!

Everytime I come in the store employees are kind to me and my little girls. There are a wide range of different products to choose from. They always help me if I ask. Always a great experience.

A tad bit more expensive than Hair Joy, but they do have great customer service! Staff are generally upbeat and love to help you answer any questions you have. The store is really neat and organized as well.

Although the product selection is ok, the customer service is Sub-par! I bought a lipstick from there a couple months ago, I didn't start using it until this month. After using it 2 or 3 times it promptly broke & the color stick went flying out of the case onto the floor..... Well, I'm used to GOOD ol' friendly style customer service (where I shop), so I took it back for an exchange. Simple....Ha! 1. Their return policy is 10days with the receipt. 2. The manager offered me a 20% discount to Buy another one, then he walked away with a "take it or leave it" attitude. 3. Then, they didn't even have the same item even if I wanted to buy it again...... Booooo!!

So back to Hair Joy or even Infinity I go.

The staff are EXTREMELY rude. I will never shop here again. I witnessed them berate several customers for asking basic questions and they don't know where to locate their own products on the shelves. The manager was completely unhelpful when I voiced my concerns. Do not shop here. There's a beauty supply in the same mini mall with much better service. I'll be shopping there or online from now on.
