Worst gel manicure ever. I don’t think the gentleman had any skills with gel polish. A nice female worker tried to redeem it and offered to do it over but I didn’t have time. She did buff the polish that was painted over my cuticles, and tried to remove the polish that was all around my nail bed. and looks worse. She didn’t charge me which was the right thing to do.
I have been a customer of Upscale Nails for the past 2.5 years. I love how attentive to detail both Tina and Yvonne are. They always get it right! I love the relaxed atmosphere, it's very clean and all of my experiences have been awesome!
I've never had a bad experience coming here. The owner, her husband, and even her little ones are all so awesome. Tina did my nails last and I'm so in love with them. Even when I don't come for months, they remember me and treat me just like the first time I walked in!
Been twice now so far so Great !! Tina has done my pedicure twice and one time sns aka dip powder ! Consistency is most important for me ! Looking forward to back in 3 weeks.
Upscale Nails us the only place for me. Everyone is super friendly, and that includes the clientele. Upgrades are gently suggested with no pressure to buy, and even if you do get standard treatments, you get a total experience.
The salon is always clean and the owners, Yvonne & Paul have given it a great family atmosphere. I'm always satisfied with everyone's work. A few days ago, a girl that had been there just 2 days (Michelle) did a beautiful job with my manicure. For pedis, I always go to Nina because she is a wizard with ingrown toenails. Go here just once, and you WILL come back!!

Yvonne always does my nails perfectly I just sit in the chair and let her go for whatever mood that day love love love them every time!!!!!!!!!!
My nails looks great. I'm very happy with how they turned out.
With that being said, I am EXTREMELY worried about the part where they use the metal spinner tool (used to smooth out the actual nail) to 'file' the cuticles. It should also be noted that I don't get my nails done often at all, so I don't know if this is a standard nail salon practice.
This tool head clearly cut into my skin and this part is NOT disposable. This means if someone before me had their cuticles cut too, there is a possibility their blood entered where my cuticles had been cut.
I consistently voiced my questions and concerns throughout the entire time and overall got the feeling that she wasn't sure what I was talking about. This may have been a language barrier.
I'm definitely going to the doctor in 3 months to get checked for anything that can be transmitted via cuts.
