Didn’t chance the blade when lining, keep using the same one. No enhancement, no gel, no detail, nothing. The design in the back is not straight. The only good thing is the fade and is average. Too expensive for what they do in there. Never coming back.

Everyone here is very professional, extremely poised. This place can be 100% packed and every barber remembers who’s next in line as far as walk ins... But now that COVID has taken over. Making appointments is very easy: Rob, Joe, Twin and Farris have been making things happen for years!!! Not only is your haircut perfect! but the professionals providing the service are the best in the business. This place is home!!!!!!
Upscale has That family vibe , That they have Had since Sean opened this place Back in the early 2000s . These guys are the best Barbers in the business hands down! I’m 30 Years old and Rob has been cutting me since I was 11 years old.!!!! They are by far the best game n the WEST!!!! ????????????????
It has been the same guys since day 1... Rob, Joe, Twin. And Farris . These guys are it!
I wouldn’t trust anyone would else to do anything to my hair. My kids go to these barbers my son has been getting his hair cut by Rob, Twin or Joe Since 2008
And won’t ever go to anyone else PERIOD!!!!

Horrible experience! My son and I are new to the area and I was looking for a new barber. A friend recommended this place and I regret listening to her! We spent an hour and 25 minutes there before anyone saw us and we ended up walking out due to being ignored. I’m a very patient person but I lost it that day! How can three barbers just continue to skip over a client, especially when I walked in and asked one of the barbers how many heads he had left?!? I don’t recommend this place to anyone whatsoever! Just downright ghetto and unprofessional!!!
Joe is my guy. He is the best and he treats every customer like a brother or a sister. He takes care of every one's hair like his own looks in public. His team mates are also like a family and equally good and friendly.
I personally go here every time I need a hair cut. The barbers are very professional and polite. They accept cash but I'm not sure about cards. You should get your hair cut by Ferris.
Can get you right in no time they work their tails off if you live nearby I truly recommend getting a cut or getting your hair done by these people
The best in the WEST! Twin, Joe, and Rob all have been there for years. If u need a barber and happen to be on Broad st, stop in.
