Absolutely horrible. I got a full set with Cindy, some nails started lifting the next day. When I went in to get them fixed Cindy shoved glue under my nails. This is not how you run a nail salon. She said my nail bed was too short that's what was causing the issue, my nail is to the tip of my finger, you can see my nail underneath. Neither the tip or acrylic is adhering to my nail. This has never happened before, not at Phelan Nails or Nail Bar and Spa.
I think they should have provided better customer service and attempted to repair the nails that were lifting. Not worth $70.
My pedicure was fantastic! How ever the bald male manicurists did an awful job on my dip French tip. Extremely crooked. He was rude and unwelcoming. He cut my fingers on the sides. Not only was he rude to me, he was rude to my 2 year old for crying. Will never go here again.
We went here so my daughter and granddaughter could get their nails done for a wedding they were both in. The staff took special care towards both but especially my granddaughter, as it was her first time. Excellent experience.
Came here with my mom she had a manicure which she absolutely loved &i had a pedicure also love it! Service is good prices are also awesome but I didn’t understand why she charged me a dollar more, I didn’t complain or said anything bc its just a Dollar but i was alittle confused bc she said my total was 30 i added the tip &she added a dollar more, had me looking puzzled but i also didn’t question it.
The environment was nice, got good vibes from it :) they were also playing guy Fieri on the TV so 10 points for that. My nails were 50$, gel nails with Matte on the black and grayish looking nail.
They horrible service, last time I was there the lady that did my acrylic nails she damaged my cuticles so bad and had really bad attitude. Then I went again and they had me waiting for 2 hours and finally I left, never going back.
Been going here for over 5 years. Its the only salon I go to. They are busy but making an appointment is very easy. They use quality materials and I always get compliments on my nails. Love the family and always enjoy my visits.
Karen does a great pedicure. Tiffany does a great manicure. Thank you Tiffany for a great conversation and wonderful experience overall. I will be going back here. New to the area and I found cultivating people that do a great job for what I need. Good enough to not have to drive 45 miles.
