This is honestly one of my favorite places in the country. I travel a lot for business but I lived in Doral for 4 months in 2021. Every time I’m in the area, I come back. Highly recommend!
I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure at the Doral location with Katerin. My best friend Ani recommended her and she was wonderful! She's very professional, quiet and knowledgeable of her job. I can't wait to go back.
No wonder why this place has 3.7, just by reading the reviews you can see the type of business this is. I feel bad for the receptionist (very nice girl) that has to work in a place like this. My daughter went there for mani and pedi and they did a horrible job. When the manager returned my phone call he did it with an attitude and screaming over the phone but it doesn’t surprise me at all, this is the normal in Miami. HORRIBLE PLACE.
La verdad que muy buena atención y siempre tienen cita disponible hasta tarde que es lo que más me gusta pero la chica que me atendió me trato tanto de sacarme cutícula del dedo gordo del pie que me saco sangre ( admito que dañarme la pintura fue mi culpa!) pero me duele tanto el dedo que me cuesta ponerme zapatos cerrados aparte la uñas de las manos nada lindas, algunas quedaron mal cortadas.
Karla me atendió hoy miércoles 7 de oct 2020 la recomiendo a todos. Ella se dedicó 1 hora y media en mis pies y mis uñas que no son nada fácil. Recomendada 100% a todos ????????????????????????????????????????????
My boyfriend and I went to this establishment to get pedicures. He is of black descent, and due to a previous situation from the other Unique Nails in Doral, was already hesitant in going. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told how long the wait would be, which was a lot better than our previous experience. When it was our turn we both sat down. The individuals who worked here assumed we did not understand Spanish and what they were saying. We clearly heard one of the nail techs state she is not doing his pedicure and proceeded to help a girl who came in after us. It was clear as day why she didn’t want to do it and it was clear that this environment and the culture of those who worked there believed it was okay to treat someone this way. They refused a customer for ignorant reasons and this was very disheartening on top of disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I think it’s disgusting they have those types of people even allowed to work there. I wish I would have gotten the name of the nail tech, she does not need to be in customer service with such a negative and ignorant view of others. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

We recently moved to the area from Atlanta and were looking for a nail shop for my wife. I read the reviews and was hesitant to take my wife . We entered the establishment and were greeted. We explained that we did not speak Spanish and had customers offering to translate. Francis said she spoke some English and assisted my wife.
An appointment was scheduled with Francis and I must admit that she took her time and made sure we were satisfied.
It may be true that some in the shop don't speak English but don't let be the reason for not going. Make an appointment with Francis and she will take good care of you!
