My kids and I are heading to Universal Studios and Disney World next week. My daughter and I had very specific design requests for our trip, and Ultra Nails knocked it out of the park!! They did a phenomenal job with our requests, and they turned out looking exactly like we hoped!!!!
Ok I've looked and went to many nail places. Today I went and they did a stellar job. I asked for a muted fall gel re fill look. I only spent 50 bucks plus tip for amazing nails. They are the perfect size shape and thickness. Perfectly done. Never had nails done to this much care. 100% worth it.
I've been back and forth between Mount Pleasant and Greensburg trying to find a salon I feel welcome and comfortable at. I finally found one!! I don't get my nails done often and never know what questions to ask and frequently feel judged for wanting my nails short. The lovely woman who did mine today asked me all the right questions to make sure I got what I wanted and didn't make me feel crummy for wanting them short. They are the perfect length and shape and are not heapy! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be back!
my mom and i visited this morning and as soon as you walk in you’re hit with an amazing aroma and a greeting from the employees , they had movies and music available and water for customers and the people who did my nails and my moms were very nice and this place has a great environment and we enjoyed ourselves very much
I went there for my first time and it was a great experience walking in. Sat down for my feet then it went to the nails. It went fine just my nails and fingers are really busted up. Didn’t really like the length but I felt with it. And the lady didn’t clean up the polish off my finger after she was done painting then. Woke up the next morning all of my nails fell off in my sleep. I have never had that happen to me before when I paid over $80 for hand and feet being done. Just a little disappointed with the outcome and now have to go get my nails done again and waste more money when I wanted something done for the holidays.
Visited here today because my daughter wanted a mani/ pedi and I needed a pedi/ pink& white fill. The guy who did my pedi was awesome and did a fanatic job.
The lady who did my daughter mani / pedi was good but spoke very little English. My daughter wanted a French tip but didn't get them. She said thr tech was a little rough for her.
The guy who did my nails , ended up doing a gel polish on them instead of the acrylic powder. They are nice but I perfer the acrylic because it last longer and I am always using my hands / nails for stuff. Between work, the kids and redoing a house, I don't get much time to myself or do something for me. The guy did listen to how I wanted the white and my nails short.
I will give them a break because they seemed super busy today . We did have to wait about 25 minutes even thou I had a scheduled appointment and cut our Target trip short to get there on time.
Price thou seemed super super super expensive. More than I have ever paid for my daughter and myself. Even at a beauty salon just for gel polish.
I will go back here for my toes but I will try another place for my nails. I like to have a few backups due to my work schedule and the kids.
My daughter did like the princess chair for her pedi and the guy did put Disney+ on for her.
Other then that, I will give them one more try when I am due for a fill.
Appointment for two little girls. They got the Princess treatment. This is going to be my new go to nail salon. I want to be a Princess.
I have been a customer at this place for years and unfortunately it has come to this. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment for a fill and when i walked in for my 6:30 appointment Kathy (who my appointment was scheduled with, as always) told me she was going to have someone else do my nails. No problem. As i was getting my nails done, Kathy began to do a design on another customer which was fine as well. As i was sitting there a lady who was getting a pedicure done said “I have an appointment scheduled with Kathy on Tuesday” Kathy then responded “I have time and can do them now” that’s where it became a HUGE problem to me. That is not good business and very unprofessional. Weeks had passed and I didn’t plan on going back until Kathy had messaged me asking me when i was coming back (cause she knew she was wrong for doing what she did) so i gave it another shot and went back. I got a full set of w/ ombré and my eyebrows and lip waxed. My total came to 90.00 and i must have misheard her when she gave me the total but ended up paying it and leaving. I sent Kathy a message on Friday and kindly said about the total and how I didn’t think it was correct and haven’t heard back from her. Sadly, I won’t be going back. I’ve never paid over $55 for a full set of Ombré and to top it off, I’m ALWAYS charged different prices. Not to mention, I ALWAYS make appointments and I’m ALWAYS waiting over 30min (at least) to get started.
