They do not let customers try on wigs because of the vid mandate? Which I find hard to believe at this point. Not sure it's contagious through trying on wigs ???? We know its through "Airborn" coughing etc yet the store doesn't require wearing a mask to enter? You can however hold the wig up to the side of your head. ☹️

Have everything you need for hair, wigs, braids, oils, shampoos, facials nice apparel too!

Seems to have a lot of variety. I didn't walk through the entire store so my inventory of their items are limited. However from what I did gather it seems to be pretty good. Customer service was great. They were friendly, helpful and patient. I have it 4 out of 5 bcus there were a couple of minor things I didn't care for but I'm a little quirky so I won't mention them here lol. Check them out for yourself.

This hair store is very expensive cheaper to shop online for hair and compare prices the hair there is overly priced and I believe it is because no competition.

I usually can find whatever I'm looking for @ Utop. They're not big on refunds, but they do exchange with a receipt

I bought a pair of school uniform shorts, they didn't fit my son. The very next day, I called in the morning to see if I could exchange them for a bigger size, was told yes, if I have receipt, great, no problem. A few hours later, I go in, the lady, (very rude) says "uh, you aint got no tags or nuthin on em", well,...no, I don't, my son took them off when he tried them on, but I have my receipt that I was told would be acceptable prior to me coming down here. Then, she takes my receipt that shows what I purchased and amount, and says, "not this receipt, I need a different one, you got two" I said, no, I don't remember getting two, if I did, I would have it. Then, looks at other employee rolling eyes, I walk off and go try to look for a different pair, they have none. I go back up, ask the lady if she knows when they'll get another shipment of school uniforms in, she says, "nope" and that was it. I asked if I could have my receipt back, she says, "the other lady has your stuff", I go over take my receipt and leave their shorts. Ridiculous. It wasn't about the money, I wanted the exact same pair, bigger size. Waste of my time, rude customer service, unprofessional and just lost a customer and everyone else I can tell to not go there. Which, I will. Selecting one star, because I can't leave it blank. Zero stars.

I’ve been shopping for hair here since I was 11, I’m 23 now and the customer service still sucks. Why be in customer service if you’re going to have a horrible attitude with every customer that walks in? I’m shocked they’re still in business. Hire some decent workers and fix the attitudes! Zero stars.
