This shopping center is ok..just ok. There's plenty of parking if you go during the weekday. Parking can be crowded during lunch because of Chipotle and Wingstop. There is an Applebee's on the corner, which is always overcrowded on weekends and Friday nights. There is a Target and Five Below also located here, and a Party City which is relocating from across the street. Be careful driving through as there are A LOT of potholes.
I'm here a couple times a month. For the cookies and soul food stores mostly. Never have any problems when I'm there.
Overall not a bad mall, plenty of clothing places and shoe stores to shop. Quite a few urban wear stores along with the major stores like target and JC Penny.
Great Barbershop, Great Bakery with the Best Snickerdoodle Cookies in the DMV Area. This place lacked a Food Court. They have plenty of parking spaces available, but the parking spaces near the JCPENNY Mall Entrance are too small, there’s not enough of space between the cars to open your car door.
I always consider this and Pen Mar shopping center the same. One of my favorite places to shop over the years!
Didn't get my order correct. I have called 4 different times and they didn't pick up the call.
I LOVE this mall! Yes, the parking lot is run down. Yes, there are no recognizable stores inside. Yes, it can be a bit scary. BUT they have the best snickerdoodles in town! It's clean and bright. The odd kiosks here and there are eclectic. And my hubby loves the 'taters' at um...not sure the name of the food establishment but great 'taters'
Very friendly young man that greeted me and the wings were cooked perfectly. Always over-priced but it is what it is.
