Terrible customer service, they were talking and laughing in their language. The guy wasn’t nice at all. Will never go back there again.
They have been in the game for so long. They accept walk ins, very stable and sturdy nails for sure and they do good with simple requests. I’ve always had a fast, pleasant experience here. Both owners are awesome.
This was awful. All the nail beds on my left hand sting when i wash my hands EVEN WITHOUT SOAP. The person who took my NexGen off kept shredding layers of nail to the point I had to tell them to please move to the next nail multiple times because they were hurting me. My hands reflexed to jump back without me trying because i felt a sharp burning. Taking them off at home would be safer at this point. As my nails grow out you can see a significant difference in the thickness of my nail and you shouldn't be able to notice it this much. I don't recommend getting Nex Gen with them but they will nag you to get it. The customer service is also not the best. Just overall do not recommend.
Great location, I got a pedicure, nail dip and my eyebrows waxed. Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
I will not go back there. I had a nail dip it was the worst I ever had. I stopped in to get a gift certificate for a friend who goes there. Not clean at the nail desk, very cramped although I gave it 2 stars because the pedicure area was cleaner and the woman who did my pedicure was good.
Yesterday was my first time going to this salon. I usually only do my nails on special occasions so I just got a regular manicure and a brow wax as I'm going to a wedding. The lady that did my nails was nice. I love the massage she gave my hands. I took off a star because I just noticed that my nail polish looks a little sloppy and I can't fix them because I used their polish. Like I said I don't do my nails regularly so I'm not too picky but if I'm going to do them, I want them to look nice. If I ever use them again, I'll bring my own polish so I can touch them up later.
Always excellent service and care from this salon.
Jenny does my Nexgen ..they lay about 3 weeks and they are beautiful each time!
