First time in here, wanted long coffin nails, regularly $51 and she said $56 for long with a design on ring fingers (I asked her twice before we started you said $56 right?), no problem. Started out ok then my technician throughout the process of applying the acrylic filed them down to be short. Ok not what I asked for but fine, I didn’t want to start over. Then she applied 4 layers of gel polish (I’ve never done gel but I’m assuming it’s not supposed to be thick and lumpy with bubbles) after the gel had completely dried she filed my nails some more making the edges look gross. Asked how I was going to pay, I told her card and kept trying to get me to withdraw cash from their atm. She ran my card and charged me $61, when I told her she said $56 earlier (for nails that weren’t even long anymore) she denied saying that in the first place and she kept arguing with me so I just left cause I’m not trying to argue like that over $11. Then I got in the car and noticed 7 out of 10 of my nails are extremely crooked. Don’t waste your money. Edit; it’s several days later and she went back in and added $5 onto the bill after I had already signed for the $61 which I’m pretty sure isn’t legal. I called my bank and filed a fraud claim for the $5
MY FAV NAIL PLACE! They do my nails and toenails purrfect every time! The place is always clean and the staff are always cheerful and happy, they make you feel very welcomed.
P.s I love how they always make my nail vision perfect, they came out better than in my head and best part is all my nails match ???? ???? ????
I absolutely love troutdale nails, they always do an amazing job and I can book ahead or even last minute and it never fails I get beautiful nails. Id recommend them to anyone, they're the only place I go!!
I did not like my nails today I always go there and get full at but today I wanted full set and I wanted them long but the girl made it too short and the designed I wanted was Halloween but it came out nothing like the picture I showed her and I paid 86 for it
I love going there cause Mary does a great design art on my long nails and on my last visit my husband got a manne and pedi, he enjoyed the massage on the legs with the warm rocks.????♥️

I’ve gone to these ladies for YEARS! High quality, fast, friendly and creative!
Worst experience ever. Went to get my eyebrows done and they put wax on both my eye lids. I told them my eye lids were burning a lot and they put Vaseline on it. I showed my eyes to the lady up front and she told me to ask for different person the next time I come n still charged me and now I am left with burns. I would give this place 0 stars.
