The man in the front is extremely rude and harsh. When he shouldn’t be looking like chicken little. He’s also racist, turned every black person that came into the shop around. Rolled his eyes the whole time in and was blatantly dismissive towards customers. This man has the worst customer service. Again with a face like that you would think he would be a bit nicer. Also they pick and choose who they want to upcharge. Don’t go here. The men are extremely rough with your hands and some of these people they have working aren’t even certified. It is a waste of time. I was being nice by giving them one star.
Great First Trip to this nail salon. I really enjoyed my visit an will be back for sure. Thanks to Tony for my Alabama cute toes. Love the pedicure chairs there also. ???????????? Great work. Fully staff in there also and nice polite people.
Came in from out of town. 1st sign that this wouldn’t be great was the greeting. This guy pictured was so rude. Only came in to fix one nail and there is no one else sitting waiting he says it'll be 2hours when the person in his chair was done and drying her nails. Three ppl have left which leaves 3 stations open still not called to get 1 nail fixed!!
My first trip was wonderful I got a Mani and a Pedi, hell polish on both and waxed... Was only$95. Was very pleasantly surprised.
I absolutely love this nail salon. The people are friendly and do great work. Tara (I believe) that sits to the left as soon as you enter he’s done my nails the past 4 times and is very consistent. I always take random nail art designs and she completes them with excellence. Strongly recommend this salon
I have been using Trojan Nails for several months and am very happy with the service and availability. I like to come in at 9:30 am when they open and usually don’t make an appointment. Prices are comparable and service is above compare. Thank you, Trojan Nails!
This raggedy overly price place. Never have I ever seen such poor quality since getting nails done since the 80's. The nails popping off left and right. Had to glue them 3 times. Didn't want them touching them again. DON'T GO HERE!!!! I'd give them a -3000 stars for each pop off nail. Made sure an antibiotic was taken just in case
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was told one price while getting g a pedicure and the price changed once I was in the chair to get my nails done! The guy then proceeded to get a attitude with me because I asked EXACTLY what I was paying for. THEY ARE OVERPRICED & OVERRATED !!! NEVER COMING BACK
