My first time here and I've found a gem! My assigned nail tech, Lien, took her time with removing my previous (gritty) gel manicure from somewhere else. Then when she applied the new gel polish, she meticulously went all the way to the cuticle and didn't blob on too much, unlike other fast seat turning salons. The entire time I was there, their customers came in like regulars, some even brought them holiday gifts, many phoned in for appointments and in return, they were all very nice to greet each customer walking in within 5 seconds of stepping foot in the salon. I definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Crystal’s Nail and Spa the other day. The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us select the best pedicure for what we wanted to send on ourselves. The whole experience was fantastic and we highly recommend Crystals to anyone looking for a good nail and spa place.

Loving my “trendy” nails. This is one of go-to nails salons. Went in for gel, walked out with this very light lilac with unicorn sparkles dip powder. Looks so natural and clean. Service was quick and professional. No wait on a Monday afternoon, (helps being off lol) great way to start my week! ????

Went in for a fill and the lady messed up my shape the polish is cakey. She missed parts of my nails for the fill so it dips in by my cuticles. The polish is also done bad. Paid 50 for this. She was rushing through it so she could go home. I understand that she wanted to go but you didn't close until 7 pm I got there at 545 and had to have my nails redone for work and it was the only place still open at that time.

Been going to them for years. Andy and Helen are amazing nail artists and one of the best in the business:)

Called to make an appointment, specifying what I needed to be made. The man who answered took my name and said to come in at 3:15PM. I got to the salon at 3:10PM, and they were busy - I understood if they were going to be a few minutes behind. At 3:25PM I asked the lady to give me an an estimate of how long it’ll take and she said 10min. At 3:35PM they assigned me a chair with no pedicurist. Five minutes later a lady came in and when I told her that I had ingrown nails she said that I had to wait longer. I waited 10more minutes even though I had initially told the guy on the phone about this. When the lady finally came, she began to do the pedicure, then asked me to wait 5 minutes for her to assist another lady. When the lady came back she turned off the water and began to dry my feet and apply the first coat of nail polish. She never cut my nails!! I told her and she said she did not know. By that time I was done and asked to be released.

Bad experience!! Wasted almost an hour for nothing. Never going back!

Lien took care of my manicure and Chloe took care of my pedicure. Both were fantastic.

Lien: quiet but attentive. Complete perfectionist.

Chloe: quick and strong. Best pedicure massage I’ve had… ever.

I plan on returning.
