Not sure where the family friendly reviews came from but this definitely wasn’t the case when I brought my 10 year old son in on a Saturday morning. I felt super unwelcome as I walked in and everyone just stared at me, while the barber closest to the door asked who I was looking for. No type of greeting, but I’m almost certain if I didn’t look masculine presenting they would have responded differently. That was my first experience. There were inappropriate conversations happening with specific barbers and their clients loudly, about lgbt, women in general, sexual connotations and even heard a man close to me talking about he sees why some women get hit sometimes, in response to a vulgar convo he was having not even one step away from me, but with a barber. I would just expect more respect when you have women and children around. The cut was good though, I can’t deny that but I’m not subjecting my son to that type of toxic atmosphere. This is more of a old school black men only shop, no kids, no women, not family oriented at all.

THEY ARE GREAT I CAN'T THINK OF THE BARBERS NAME WHO CUT MY HAIR, BUT HE DID A EXCELLENT JOB! AS I OBSERVED ALL OF THEM, THEY ALL WERE DOING EXCELLENT JOBS. ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMED THEM

My 2 boys who are 3 and 6 yrs old love going to this barber shop to get their hair cuts. They are very professional and are exceptionally good with children. Environment is family friendly and like another review stated has great hours. I would recommend this barber shop to any and everyone.

This barbershop has great hours, clean/organized and professional. My first time getting a haircut was this morning and I was served immediately or as soon as Steven could assist as he was mopping the floors to start the morning. My process of getting a haircut lasted 30 minutes top.

I will be back.

My two boys on the Autism spectrum have been coming here for years and the barber Steve is great with them, always. The other barbers are awesome because they also engage and treat them as children first. All are professionals in their trade.

Only place that cuts my son's hair the right way and we have tried many. Their prices are fair the environment is friendly just best in Greensboro
